You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very nice and well designed suites, the staff was very friendly, the locaction is great, close to good food, shopping, pharmacies and even a gas station.

GermanyFrom my room, noise from the hallway was very audible. That is not necessarily a problem but guests arriving late at night should be little more sensitive about that topic.
This is a very special, small hotel in the La Paz Zona Sur area. The staff extraordinarily friendly, breakfast is decent and any wish you might have will be fulfilled in an instant. I want to stress again, how friendly everyone in the hotel was. Thanks!

BoliviaOther people started to chat near my door (there was a table and they were just chatting) the noise was a little bit noisy, but they stopped at a reasonable hour.
The breakfast was great, the staff even gave us the choice of traditional bread, it was nice. Also, they helped me printing a letter that I forgot. (It was too early and it would not be possible to find a printer place near).

United States of AmericaSurprised to find this little gem. My 1st visit I was thrilled with the size of accommodations, comfort level and the staff is so friendly. Quiet and able to work with great wi-fi. The sun shined in my room and a heater is provided for chilly nights. The breakfast buffet is simple, plenty and I love the coffee. Very convenient area -- stores, restaurants (vegan up the street) and 10 minute walk down to San Miguel for bars and shopping. I loved it so much, I extended my stay the 1st time and went back a 2nd time!

BoliviaThe room was horribly hot at the moment and there was no AC. They also just have breakfast until 9am. I mean, I'm on vacations, i don't need to be stressed waking up at 8 on a weekend to eat.
The location is very good, the rooms are clean and bathrooms are great. Is also very cozy, like coming home.
