Bosnia and HerzegovinaBed linen clean but could be better ironing. AC is working but it's directed to the bed and it was so unpleasant. They should provide separate soap, shampoo and body wash.
If you are aware that is 3* hotel you'll be happy what you get for your money. Hotel provide transport from and to airport for B$20 each ride. Staff is realy helpfull, specialy Mr Sahfuan. On our arrival he hellped us to get sim card and give us some tips about shops around hotel. He organise tour around Bandar Seri Begawan after we were so happy. Around hotel there are plenty of shops and restaurants. There's no much taxis in the city but we use hotel transport service ( almost same price as taxi). Hotel is clean, room was so spacious. Restaurant clean and there is local variaty of food. We had great stay in Al Afiah Hotel.

FinlandVery decent hotel with big, clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is served in the upstairs cafeteria which locals also frequent. Many local dishes available. The hotel is located about a 30-minute walk away from the city centre and a 10-minute drive away from the airport. There is a grocery store next door and plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I got the airport shuttle both ways and that was really good. I used the mini gym and and it was nice and clean with new equipment (it’s open 24/7). I wish I could have stayed longer, the surrounding area looked nice with good food places.

The location was really good, easy access to restaurants and transport. The rooms were large, the water in the shower great, aircon worked so well and the staff were so attentive and helpful all the time. As we visited in Ramadan it was a difficult time to go places but they helped with the timing etc. Excellent.

The room is great for family. And the location is also very nice, just 10min from the airport. There are many restaurants and supermarket around the place.

I have a long transit on my way to Seoul. I have decided to take a short stay and visit Bandar Seri Bengawan. It is a lovely hotel located at the heart of the city. It is near the Airport and ideal for short stays or transit passengers taking Royal Brunei. It's a great stopover hotel where you can see the city and be near restaurants and eatery outlets. Great customer service and excellent cleanliness.
