Infinity pool is amazing and 1609 Restaurant was amazing including all the staff. Great front desk and Aron, the bellman, is a shining star!!

Staff at the front desk did not advise how they take funds off your credit card before you even have spent on it. When we went into the gold room that was booked in the hotel, it was a fantastic team, and the manager was a credit to the hotel.Thankyou for everything, guys .

Rolly and Pascoal were suburb in their service and kindness to me, and to my friends. I looked forward to seeing them each morning at breakfast with their positive outlook on the day. If only all of us could be that hospitable to others the world would be a better place in which to live. Damon (Doorman extraordinaire) was fantastic on arranging our taxi drivers. Best taxi driver was a wonderful man, born and raised on the island, by the name of Vincent Whitter.

The Gold Lounge was the star of the show. The small team there provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The food options as part of the lounge service was great. Having complimentary unlimited soft drinks, tea and coffee was so convenient to have.

The advertisement on booking.com was not as described regarding the Fairmont gold upgrade. Booking.com advertised with evening cocktails, however this was not available from the hotel

Be prepared for the cost there, not only in the hotel, all prices are similar, insite or outside the hotel. A beer costs about 15 dollars.

The private beach was awesome, but it takes about 15min-20min by bus (free, provided by the hotel), and the bus is a bit old

When making a reservation for dinner at the hotel restaurants there was a bit of difficulty. Then upon arrival there were several empty tables that remained empty. We had a leftover bag go missing from our fridge from in our room. The jitney ride to the beach was overcrowded and basically a white knuckle ride. Wish the beach was at the hotel.

The art work at the property was amazing. The workout room was excellent. The pools were nice too. The restaurants were good.

A long way walk to the BERMUDIAN wing. Not handy for people with walking problems.

Reception desk was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choices, including buffet or a la carte. Alvin AE took care of our everyday dining needs and went way above the service expected in the restaurant. She is a real hustler with a great personality.
