Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesPool is small and not properly maintained (there were caterpillas on the jacuzzi). Not enough staff to attend on our needs on the amenities area. But they come quick though once you call for assistance or any requests.

Saudi ArabiaWe've stayed in Ascott/ Capitaland properties around the world and the people weren't welcoming compared to others (interacted with 4 guest service people all in all and none really impressed). We called ahead to ask about what we would think as minor considerations to make the stay a little more comfortable which would not have cost anything apart from some effort but all were declined, and that would have been okay actually, but the manner they did it too was quite short, which was disappointing, definitely did not feel like they even tried. Also, just for the basement parking entrance, consider adding signs to the lobby access to the elevators as it's not clear as some of our party even parked along the street and just walked in because they thought the basement parking didn't belong to the property.
Property was big. Kitchen was fully equipped and easy to cook in since had a lot of counter space and everything you need was easily accessible. Other properties also need you to ask for some things but everything you'd need was available and they also had a small grocery at the lobby so that was a nice touch. Shower/tub was the right size and well-designed since you didn't feel any risk of taking a shower or getting in and out of the bath. Living room and bedroom was cozy, really all in all a great residence.
