Just before coming I booked this room and used the online conversation service but I was told that I was not able to check in between 3 AM and 4 AM but only between 2 and 4 PM, which was not the case after discussing in-person with a guy from the reception actually. In consequence, I paid for a night I was not in the room and I waste money...

I tried to order from the room,biryani is great but their club sandwich couldn’t find the chicken same as the photo, however they tried to change it and staffs care about their guest’s request and concerns, on the other hand the room is great but there is no enough tissue and coffee amenities in the room and stil need to requests, staffs were able to send all the requests.

The male receptionist is very approachable and helpful, room is clean and comfortable , thank you for your hospitality

Expect a bit of noise and loud music from the lounge downstairs. Room service took really long with my orders and the hotel being situated in the hostpsot of the nightlife also means traffic and big crowds in the area.

Very spoacious and beautiful apartment, with all amenities. WiFi was strong, housekeeping was good and I got a room with a beautiful view. The staff were also really nice and helpful. The hotel is in the hotspot of the nightlife, within a walking distance to many clubs, restaurants and cafe. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Housekeeping staff response very poor Been requesting to make the sofa bed for more than half day with poor reaction. In addition to that the additional blanket was not really fresh and I had to wait for more than one hour at night to get the fresh blanket .

The soap and the shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. The shower heads need cleaning for better water flow, and the hand-held shower needs to be tightened since most of the water scapes at the junction.

It's clear the hotel's seen better days - they had the space for a coffee shop downstairs, which appeared to have been abandoned, likewise an "all day dining" restaurant remained firmly shut. The various fixtures could do with some love - a towel rail was glued to the wall with silicone, the shower was piped backwards (so to get hot water, select cold, and vice-versa), and there was a faint musty smell to the sofa indicating that it's past due for replacement. The family suite came with a kitchenette, but don't expect to use it as no pots, pans, crockery or cutlery are provided. Sound proofing would have been a problem if I'd been on a lower floor. Breakfast was terrible - even foods such as scrambled egg, which are supposed to be hot, were cold (and I turned up shortly after opening). I didn't bother after the second day. Lastly, a small point, but cleaners should turn up during the day: I shouldn't have to make a special arrangement with housekeeping just to get my room refreshed.

Booking.com upgraded my room (twice) to a non-smoking suite on the 11th floor. The hotel itself is pleasant with very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were both handled efficiently, exactly matching what Booking said it would with no hidden charges or extras. The room was spacious and relatively clean, with working fixtures, lighting and wifi. Up on the 11th floor I didn't hear too much noise from either the road, downstairs clubs/restaurants or neighbouring rooms. It's located close to the exit of Juffair, so convenient for travel to other parts of Bahrain, while also being only a short walk from Juffair Centre, Juffair mall etc. Overall a pleasant 6 nights.

The room was not thoroughly clean - the carpet needed vacuumed, rusted door handles, broken shower fixtures, stained bed sheets. The windows and window seals were very, very dirty. The view would have been amazing if the outside widows cleaned.
