We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Location , cleanliness , facilities, lovely bfast although it was Ramadan. Lubna was prompt at the desk during check in. Alladin was prompt with some help I needed with the prints of documents. Jemima at Teatro resto was awesome. Although new she did her best to assist us. Great attitude. Stephen at health club was helpful at the SPA facility. All in all , great stay !

However, I have noticed since Covid, they have way less breakfast options, used to be a vast array of choices but with the new ownership, it seems they are watching their budget or something because now you have limited choices at breakfast, but at least they have FINALLY brought back the pork bacon...never could understand why they removed it in the first place so glad they've used common sense and have it back on the menu, but could definitely improve by having more breakfast options in all food choice areas since it's a 5 start hotel the breakfast buffet menu certainly doesn't represent that.
Professionalism of ALL staff especially the Filipino massage therapist, forgot her name but she's wonderful!
