We stayed at 5th floor, the A/C was plăcea above the bed and too noisy but without it we couldn’t sleep because it was too hot weather at the end of August.

The staff was very helpful, good location and good value for money. The room and the pools were clean. We liked the outdoors activities (morning yoga and evening shows).

While the stay was good, the service was not always top-notch: - the reception staff was rigid - nobody changed the bedsheets during our stay - the waiters at the restaurant are like vultures ready to grab your plate as soon as you finish eating; it's hard to enjoy eating a peaceful meal because of this, please train the servers to have better manners - pool area can get pretty crowded - didn't see any lifeguards on the beach

It is a very nice place for a relaxing holiday. What I enjoyed most is the apartment, big and clean. And the fact that alcohol is not included in all-inclusive price for me is also a good thing.

I have booked an appartment for me, my wife and my two children. The matrimonial bed was ok, but the extensible bed from the living room was not confortable at all. Anyway, this was the only problem that I found it during my seven days there.

Although the place has many rooms there was not crowd at the pool and at the restaurant. The location is near the sea (at 2 minutes walk). Some of the rooms have sea sight. The access in the yard of the resort is restricted to the guests.

The staff was working very good but is important to smile to gest most of the girls and boys didn't smile at all .

It was clean rooms and all the hotel, very good food at buffe , supermarket in the hotel for the people couldn't use the restaurant or buy same alcohol. 3 pools evething was good also near to the beach .

There is nothing to say here. The only thing is that the hotel is a bit far from the city centre.

The location is very beautiful, near the beach side. The water was quite clean and very warm, with no stones at all. There also is a large parking lot in front of the hotel which you always find an available parking space. The food from the restaurant (we had just lunch) was diverse, from pizza, fish, fries, salad and desert like icecream or different cakes or pies and fruits. The staff was very helpful, cleaning was done every day in the room, towels were changed every time you wanted. As for the location, it is excellent, very large, with two swimming pools and every night there was a mini disco for kids and then different shows which included, dancing, music etc. It is the best hotel to come when you have children, cause there are a lot of playing spaces, ping pong tables, but also animators which are dressing up as clowns or as animals. As quality-price, it is a "bargain".

It's not that I didn't like something in particular, but I would have loved if there were the allergens written on the label of every food type, just under the name.

The rooms are clean and the food is amazing. Since I'm vegan and I have some allergies, I didn't know exactly what are my food options, but the restaurant manager came with me and told me the ingredients for each type of food.

A little bit noisy in the evening due to the animation crew for kids but bearable and our older children enjoyed it. The living room is actually an inside room, with no exterior windows.

Simply awesome, great resort, delicious food, two waterslides, wonderful sea and pool. The kids enjoyed it to the max (aged 3, 11 and 13). Very friendly staff. Plenty of car parking spaces nearby. Quiet surroundings.

Cleaning could be a bit better. There was a lot of sand on the floor, as well as the couch. Cleaning personnel was using brooms, which didn't do the job as good as a vacuum. Kitchen furniture had some broken doors. Bed was rather small for 2 persons. Nothing to do with the hotel staff, but it's full of rude people cutting lines in the food court, almost no one is wearing a mask and all the other typical romanian behavior.

Nice hotel rooms, well equiped and quite quiet during evenings. The food is diverse enough, although not the greatest. Great facilities, with nice pools, play areas for kids, entertainment in the evenings, supermarket inside the premise, massage options.

Hello. Not all facilities included in the price were offered. For example: I reserved a room with 1 bed - received 2 twin beds instead and when specified this at the reception they offered a different room but just starting with the next day. Also we had no internet access from the room, stovetop and toast maker - everything included in the price of the reserved room. Even if in the pictures appears a huge shore they had no own beach.

The staff was really nice and helpful and the food excellent.
