I would recomand to add blackout curtains for the room and some curtain for the shower as all bathroom was wet after using it. The party from restaurant, on ground floor, ended a bit later then we were told but the music was not so disturbing.

Rooms are ok as size, beds are confortable and big. 3 options for breakfast and good coffee. Lovely terrace at same level with the rooms where you can stay and enjoy your dinner with the family and friends.

Cigarettes smell embedded in balcony wooden frame. I was ok with it, my wife is a non smoker and cannot stand it!

The hotel doesn't have their own parking, but that is not a big issue - you can park on the street nearby.

A nice family hotel in the center of Arbanasi. Very polite and helpful personnel. Spacious and clean rooms. The hotel has a good restaurant, which was much appreciated after a long trip.

I think there were some miscommunication among the cleaning staff, because both of the rooms which our family stayed had small problems( the trash can in the bathroom was full, one of the complimentary water bottle was half drunken.) It is a pity that the range of free WIFI is very narrow, almost impossible to use.

The staffs were freiendly and helpful. The meals at the restaurant were good and reasonable. The atmosphere of the table was cozy and nice. and

The music at the restaurant should be heard more slowly and stop at least 0.5-1 hours earlier. The music is heard in the room and if you want to fall asleep early, you can't. The music itself is beautiful.

Breakfast was very good and the place is quiet, where you sleep well. The staff is very friendly and is a good English speaker.

Nothing special related to breakfast ,you should select one option from 5.For one extra coffee you should pay 2.80 leva.The price for food in their own restaurant above the average .

- comunication (When we arrived nobody spoke english, and they didn't even knew how to use Google translate. The girls that came in the evening knew english very well, but it was too late to resolve anything) - the check-in is at 14.00, but our room was ready at 15.00. - we booked a room for 3 and we received a room for 2. They put a matress near the wardrobe and in front of the minibar and we couldn't use them. The matress was hard, and the pillow like a rock. - there were spiders everywhere, especialy in the bathroom (small, big, short legs, long legs....they were enough for a biology lesson)...spider webs everywhere... - the bathroom window had no drape. The neighbor could see you shower. We put a towel in the window. - the bathroom door it was so hard to close, you have to slap it hard. The noise could woke up the entite building. We chose the accomodation according to the Booking reviews, but we were disappoited.

The dreadful noise on Saturday night, lasting from 1830 until 0030, then another hour while furniture was moved around, very noisily.

It was a fine location, and the staff were great, but no one warned us that there would be a very noisy party on the Saturday until that evening.
