No one cleaned the room for the whole stay. Towels and bath robes were not replaced even when I put them in the floor. They were only throwing the bins. Cosmetics were very basic, not enough for a spa hotel. Even conditioner was missing.

The elevator wasn't working. It seemed that they had stopped it to save from repairs. My handicap mother had issues going to her room, and they had started the elevator for her just once. It is too sad, that they are saving by torturing handicaps. I've given a high raiting (9) just because the lift is something that doesn't bother most of the guests.

Nice pool, nice spa, nice stuff. The apartment was very spacious.

The pool was a little cold to my taste, I had to wait minutes until the hot water comers to the tap in the room, there was no massage therapist on the day I wanted to book a massage.

Location is perfect in the green woods and the area around the hotel is quiet and beautiful

The hotel was lacking a few people personnel. It was a little annoying bringing our bathrobes with us each time we come to the spa zone from the apartment building. It would be better if we can take them from the spa reception instead and leave them back there after using the spa.

The apartments were huge and we had everything we needed. The view from our big balcony was amazing. Loved the forest around the hotel. Food in the restaurant was good. Spa was also ok, especially the large pool and steam bath.

Lovely studio on 5th floor, very good food at reasonable prices, swimming pool good size and warm mineral water. Great location. Could be more choice for breakfast -with more yoghurts, fruit, nuts, bread, eggs for example.

The apartments were in another building, 200 m away from the main building where were the restaurant and the pool. During the summer it would be ok, but in spring is cold and difficult with children. There are changing rooms. The food in the restaurant is a little bit more expensive.

The apartment was very big with a nice view. The pool was warm and clean.

The indoor pool lounge area and the thermal zone were quite small, but surprisingly the steam bath and sauna were not too crowded even though the hotel seemed to be full. The restaurant, even though very good, was quite expensive for Bulgarian standards and comparable to European prices. Some apartments are located away from the main hotel, which makes visiting the spa inconvenient in cold weather, but the hotel warned us about this situation upon booking and the changing rooms were well equipped and warm.

Location and restaurant were exceptional. We went during the cold months but we could see the place would be amazing from late spring to early autumn - in the middle of the forest, with beautiful garden facilities, very quiet. The main restaurant (mostly Mediterranean food) was really good. We booked the Deluxe 2-bedroom apartment which was huge, comfortable, and a good value for a group of adults. Very family-friendly too.

The aparthotel building is about 100-150 meters away from the main building, where the restaurant and pool are. We were warned twice, so it was no surprise, but looking for a two-bedroom apartment stay, we were out of options. So, we had to pack our clothes and bathrobes and get to the spa area by car, for about 150 meters. It wasn't very convenient - when we felt tired from the humidity, we couldn't just hop to the room for an hour or something; we had to dress up again, get in the car again, and so on. But, once again, we were warned and agreed on that, so it was OK. The pool area was too humid and warm by my standards - the mineral water sucked out our vital energy. It's on us, of course; there's nothing wrong with the hotel. Some essential kitchen appliances were lacking in the apartment - forks, spoons, knives, and bottle openers. Some kitchen rolls would have been convenient.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful calm park and is a stress-relieving experience even with the kids. The pool is filled with mineral water. The floor was heated in the pool area, and it wasn't slippery at all, so we could walk barefoot without falling. The cuisine in the restaurant was phenomenal! I think here is where I ate the most delicious pork meat ever. We chose a two-bedroom apartment for our stay, and it was vast and spacious. It had that huge terrace that was very pleasant to have coffee or tea when it was sunny outside.

We have booked an appartment located in a building ca. 200 m downhill from the hotel but upon arrival we have been offered a superior double room in the hotel instead, at the same price. This was convenient for us because we could reach the spa area from our room dressed in bathrobes, without going outside the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, very well heated for winter time. Perfect pool with thermal water (33 grad C) and excellent spa facilities. Very good breakfast with a large choice of everything. Parking place large enough, at least in extra-season. Good on-site restaurant (prices according to hotel category) with excellent service. We were in this hotel for the 3rd time within two years and for sure we will come back!

Only thing which disappointed was the breakfast - no water in machine for tea, not even switched on and 'hot' food when brought out was not heated straight away and everything was only slightly warm/cold - eggs overdone and many stacked in same container so we're also cold.

Everything was very good and the staff very helpful especially reception which was first class. Pool large with mineral water. Treatments were good.

The pool is only one. No small pool for children, therefore the jacuzzi was occupied only by the young one.
