Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe kitchen area of the apartment wasn’t very well equipped.
The location of the apartment was very convenient to both the Rila slopes and the gondola. The staff were very helpful and accommodating……nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean and serviced every day if you wanted it to be. Reception was available 24/7.

United Kingdomproperty is in a good location and is cleaned daily. Be aware that check in could be in a slightly different building. I had mobility issues and they were happy to come and check me in rather than me finding the other building. questions always answered through booking.com although on odd occasions this took a day or two. I’d definitely book and stay again

BulgariaWe did not like that we had to pick up our key from reception at Daisy Apartments Complex but we actually stayed at Flora Apartments Complex. There was only one key. My husband was skiing, while I was going for walk and we were going back to our room at different times. Flora Apartments' staff were not satisfied when we left our key at reception, so any of us can pick it up at any time, because we had not checked in at their reception. It looked like they were making some kind of favor for us and we felt very uncomfortable because of this situation. When we check out, we had to go to Daisy apartments again.
Location. Very spacious apartment. Enough elevators for upper floors. Two TVs.

Have stayed here previously, very cheap apartments in a great location. Both the gondola and chairlifts are within a 2 minute walk. Complex has a restaurant, indoor heated swimming pool and a small games room. 1 bedroom apartment had everything we required and looked directly across onto the lower slopes. Apartment was cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. The only small issue we had was not being able to connect to the WiFi in our apartment on 4th floor, however after talking to reception they provided us with log in details for an alternative network which worked perfectly.
