The staff weren't very friendly, welcoming or approachable. Everytime we took a shower we would have to spend 30 minutes cleaning the bathroom. It soaked the whole room and all our stuff that we had in there. When we spoke to the receptionist she said it would be checked/fixed . There was no change. We requested another room and our concerns were rudely dismissed. Our room was only cleaned twice in a week and the cleaners would wake us up every morning. Talking so loudly to eachother down the halls it would wake us up. It wasn't very enjoyable.

It is classified as a 4 stars hotel but it is actually a 3 stars property. The room is shabby, things are generally poor quality and there is a general feeling of "nobody cares about the client". The staff is basically absent. Room cleaning is limited to emptying the rubbish bin and, occasionally, changing the towels, there is no standard (our party had two rooms and one had a kettle and the other didn't). The wi-fi connection is a shame. The sunbeds were permanently "occupied" by towels so it was impossible to find one available at any time and nobody cared when we complained.

The swimming pool is huge, the location is very good, the receptionists speak english. We booked 4 months in advance and back then it was cheap.

Some of the description of the hotel wasn’t accurate - for example we were looking for a place with a jacuzzi, because our stay was booked for September and the weather isn’t always the best, and since we’re travelling with our toddler son, we really wanted to have this option, so he could have some fun in a warmer water. Instead, we were told that they knew they didn’t offer that option, but they had it listed anyways, so that was definitely disappointing. Also, the sheets weren’t changed when cleaning the room, which in uncomfortable, considering that the hotel’s located in beach resort and the sand is basically everywhere .

We liked that it was very close to the beach and it’s located in the central part of Sunny Beach, out stay was pleasant, the apartment had nice sized rooms with housekeeping available. There was a problem with the hot water during our last day at the hotel and it was fixed very quickly, which we appreciate.

I would agree with other comments that this is more 3 start than 4 start accommodation, it was good but basic and the mattress and pillows were not as comfortable as I’d expect from a 4 star hotel. The tv was tiny too. Its also true that you had to get up early to put your towels on a sun lounger to get a spot by the pool but I think this would be the same in most places? The cleaning service was mostly to change towels and empty the rubbish, they did not wash or change any of the plates or cups but it was nice to have these provided it just worth noting you might want to grab washing up liquid if you intend to use the crockery.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any requests we made. It was clean in the rooms and the pool area. Room had a microwave, kettle and toaster and the air conditioner worked well. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. All in all great value for money and great location only 10 min walk to the beach and lots of great options for food all within walking distance. The taxi they arranged too meet us at the airport was reliable and took us back to the airport too (70 lev each way) . There was also two supermarkets right in the building complex which was really useful and a mini fridge to store a few drinks etc. All in all lovely hotel and not too noisy (well the windows kept out any noise.

Firstly, it needs to be clarified, that this is a 3-, not 4-star hotel, as Booking claims. With this, one would maybe not be that surprised with inconviniences, such as: - no beach/pool towels, you have to have your own! - as everyone here writes: the wifi in the rooms DOES NOT WORK (although hotel claims otherwise) - it seems daily cleaning service only exchanges towels, nothing else (no vacuuming, beds etc) - there is one small and slow elevator (at least in section 3), and waiting minutes for it, gets pretty anoing - there are no cards, you get a physical key to the room, only one - the meals (3-meal option) need to be selected from a set menu, no open buffet. And the list is very limited, lunch and dinner are exactly the same…. - The food is lower quality, fast-food like (although portions are big, and you can have 3-courses for lunch and dinner) - sometimes waiting for meals takes really long (waiters explain „i don’t know why, it’s the kitchen’s fault), and it’s really random like waiting 30minutes for few slices of watermelon (dessert)

- Nice big, clean pool. Air-Matresses etc for common use. No issues with finding free sunbeds - All meals are served in open-air section - location is very good: 3 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to city center = it’s quite quiet in the nights. 5 min to bus station (public buses to Burgas, Burgas Airport; Nessebar, Aquapark) - individually controlled air condition in the room - friendly staff - general cleanliness, towels can be changed every day - a couple of grocery shops just few meters away

avoid this hotel at all costs! staff are very rude, the bar man short changed us, twice!! no apology.. we asked for a shuttle to be booked for us for the airport, we were told no shuttle tgen she said a taxi is only option, taxi was called at the higher rate and the taxi driver gave her her cut!.: bed bugs in bed myself and husband are destroyed! i can’t stress how much to avoid this place 🤢

Wifi was extremely bad, except for the bar network. There were multiple broken things in the room as well as a missing shower-cabin door, which according to staff was "a common occurrence in many rooms", hence they could not relocate us. Some of the rooms were part of an apartment complex that had nothing to do with the hotel and had a separate reception which made the initial check in very confusing.

The staff was very friendly and the pool was a nice addition as well as the mini couch.

The presentation on the booking mentions that the hotel has 4 stars, and when I arrived it had only 3 stars. Few parking spaces and small, air conditioning barely worked, some of the sunbeds wire broken, Wi-Fi did not work although it was mentioned that it is free throughout the hotel. At the same time, the beds were uncomfortable.

It is close to the beach, clean pool, daily change of towels.

We didn't had a door at shower cabin. Beside that the shower drain was blocked. The room wasn't clean, a lot of hair on the floor, bugs in the bathroom. The hotel on booking is ranked with 4 stars, but when you get there, all over the place you'll see that the hotel has only 3 stars.

The staff is really friendly, the breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is really good.

Well, a lot of opportunities for improvement: the room was poorly cleaned when we just checked-in (hairs on the floor, food crumbs in the cabinets and on the cabinet handles, plates and mugs were dirty and covered in fat); when room was cleaned during our stay, the floor was never washed, sand in the bathroom was shifted to corners, bedding never changed (stayed more than 3 days). Balcony never cleaned, nether furniture, nor floors or railings. Wi-Fi did not work for 3 days, after multiple complains it was fixed. Folks at the reception were generally nice but not really resourceful: did not know where to get a tourist sim card (turned out practically in any souvenirs store), or where can one get tested for Covid for traveling abroad (should be quite a standard question during pandemic times), and kind of had no interest even to help to find out. Breakfast menu is ok, but the quality was so-so, and the same breakfast but tastier and cheaper is offered in a couple of cafes right outside the hotel. The warning about the masks is everywhere but no one follows the requirement including the staff. The beach is quite close (about 7 min walk) but the road there from the hotel looks like after bombing: broken plates, construction pieces and half way you have to walk on the road as there is no pedestrian path. The area around the pool is cleaned but not really thoroughly: beer cans, plastic cups underneath sun-beds, the mats on the sun-beds are washed with the water hose but the stains are not cleaned and the remained water is not removed. We stayed one week longer in the town but changed the hotel as this one was disappointing.

The pool is a lot bigger then expected! It was nice to have a balcony in the room.

The only problem with this hotel was the wifi connection which was not working in the room.

I stayed at Plaza hotel for 2 days and overall was fine. The staff was very friendly. We chose a twin room for 3 with full board. The room is a little bit smaller than the photo but it's ok, very clean and the AC works fine. About the restaurant, we could choose from a set menu. The food was delicious and enough.
