We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Bangladesh1. The biggest issue was with room service - when we ordered food at 11pm, the restaurant informed us that they would need 45-50 mins. However, we got food after 1.5 hours. Even then they didn't provide the right food. We ordered chicken cashew nut salaads, but they gave us only chashew nut salaads. 2. The buffet breakfast is probably the least impressive I have experienced in my life. Some of the food were undercooked, there was only one curry, the juice was just water, the coffee was cheap, the desserts were below average at best. I have had better breakfast at 2.5* and 3* hotels. 3. The rooms didn't have sufficient towels, or even robes. When we asked for more towels, the hotel staff informed us that they hadn't completed the laundry yet. 4. We had to wait more than one hour in the lobby for the checkin, as the rooms were not ready. Even then, of the 3, 1 room took more than 3 hours to be prepared. That in my opinion is absolutely unacceptable. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY AT ALL!!!
The rooms were decent. The view was okay. The Gym was good. The pool was okay. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. I am having a hard time coming up with good things to say about Radisson.
