The lobby was just depressing. What the hell! It looks and feels like a Nordic prison cell.

The room and the bathroom was quite nice.

Room prices are too high for a place like Chattogram. The location may be convenient, but the road in front is too crowded.

The rooms were spacious, the layout, the furniture and fittings were all great. Breakfast was very good.

I was staying at Hotel with one Kid and One infant. The food taste of babies are very specific. As a part of my effort to satisfy my babies, I bought some sweets from outside vendors but hotel authority strongly created obstackle. Followed by a huge burgain, they allowed me to with those foods. That totally objectionable. Additionally, check in and check out process should have been smoother.

Undoubtedly this is the best place to stay in Chattagram. Execellent architect and supurb interior design make the hotel one of the best of the whole country. I Stayed two nights with my spouse, one Kid and one infant. The complementary breakfast was awesome having huge options. Location of the hotel is a beautiful scenic place easily accesible to any direction of the city. A number of restaurants just located infront of hotel offering variuos cuisins. Highly recommened.

While we were in the pool table area and shooting some shots the bouncer came and told us that new players were not allowed. If that was so why not just put up a note saying so or just told us that before entering the space. This was very disrespectful and insulting .

I loved the decor the surrounding and chilling with friends.

There was bad odour noticed once at the setting room nighttime and i have informed the reception.

This was by 266th Hotel to visit in the world but Bangladeshi hotels especially this one made me disappointed. When I was checking in they told me there is only one suite left, which is okay but after entering we saw How a Bangladeshi can destroy a global brand, there was a dead cockroach plus people who stayed in this room destroyed the sofas! I mean I understand people who stayed here has money but they don't have any class. So, I complained to the receptionist and fortunately or magically there was a sauite empty and they shifted us there which was far better and with good amenities. My feedback is was the receptionist lying or they reserved the suite for "VIPs" so they can Fu$% their wh@rs as the quality of guests here is kind of like that.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever used in Bangladesh; they have improved their breakfast which is a good sign. The amenities and the suite was good.

The ambience is exceptionally good. The room was spacious, and neat & clean. Buffet breakfast as well as food ordered through room service was delicious. My 2.5 year old daughter enjoyed the most. The chauffeur, Mr. Asadul, found to be a modest person. We couldn't use the swimming pool this time due to a shortage of time. We will avail the swimming pool in our next visit soon.

They must allow to bring Alcohol ( Non Citizens or Foreign guests) to the room, So is the other restaurant’s small amount of food, non alcoholic beverages too.

My first time there, and so I may be mistaken in this, but not a lot of options for walking outside the hotel grounds or restaurant options close. Fortunately, the menu available in the hotel is really good and lots of choice.

Overall great service from the staff I interacted with - including the General Manager Brig Gen Abu Ali, who personally went out of his way to make my stay comfortable and took the time to interact with me to discuss shared interests. Clearly a good leader, this style filtered down to every aspect of my stay, with Jafor who cleaned my room ensuring I had everything I needed, even anticipating what I would require, and Maina and Mamun at reception who were both excellent at making arrangements for me regarding room changing and transport options. All tasks performed by all with the upmost professionalism and genuine friendliness.

I can be very noisy some nights. Some of the advertised facilities were closed the entire stay, including the business lounge.

The staff are very eager to help. The food in the buffet is fresh and tasty. Not to mention the sushi was on point! The service on the top floor was a little on the slow side. I never thought I'd have to wait 20 minutes for some ice cream, but it was a damn site quicker than some of the other hotel restaurants in Bangladesh. The ground floor café was something I made regular use of and the cookies and macaroons are legit. Despite not being a service I'd ever hope to need, I found the on site doctor and nurse to be kind and professional. It certainly put my mind at ease. In the UK, a simple GP appointment is like some sort of difficult quest line, so to be able to see the doctor same day was amazing. I was given a prescription there and then.

Welcome drink didn't offer. Sraff attending/looking after swiming pool was very casual and inappropriate (date 8-Sep-2022 afternoon). Consider increasing Breakfast Items with local and some sesonal fruits. Cleaning staffs behaviour was very casual instead good understanding of effective cleaning technique.

The room needed maintenance. The bathroom was moldy. Breakfast did not have enough choice; the items were also repetitive. The indoor plants needed water; they seemed neglected :-(

Landscaping and outdoor garden is well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the city from the fourteenth floor was amazing.
