Hotel does not offer airport transfer.

It is a great location for access to the GAP and has numerous beaches within easy reach. Local transport is very close. Staff are very helpful and assist in arranging transport to and from key sites. Allowed me to work from my hotel room with no service interruptions.

Did not have breakfast and evening meals very basic and service slow. Staff overall not interested allowed loud music around pool area and non residents to use the facilities. Had to ask to refresh towels and top up coffee and milk.

It was very average for the price point - but it is Barbados. For this price in most of the world you’d get a 5* hotel. This is 3* standards but it does the job.

It was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet (we switched room from a ground floor to a 3rd floor and it made a huge difference). There was a pool and a restaurant on site. It was all fine, just very basic for the price point.

Though this property is in a well sought after location on the south coast, near the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, the nightlife in this area could be frustrating for some especially if you're a light sleeper, this property is adjacent to a football playing field and a hardcourt, and is popular with the locals who also lived in this community, so it was a little too noisy for me, so maybe request a room away from the action, also breakfast was not honored as per reservation, getting a room at a discounted rate shouldn't be an excuse.

I like almost everything about this property, the property is well maintained, room was quite comfortable and clean, amenities in room is a nice touch like the coffee/tea station with a kettle and complimentary bottled water, a safe for your valuables and a mini fridge, bathroom is well appointed with enough counter space with nice big shower, housekeeping was very accommodating in converting the 2 beds into a queen..kudos!..beds were also comfortable, overall a lovely stay and would consider this property for a future stay

The safe didn’t have a key pad so couldn’t be locked. There was only one pillow on each bed and the bedding was clean but very noisy. The noises from the karaoke downstairs in the bar went on late into the night and was loud as our room was right over the bar. The guests on the other side of the hotel couldn’t hear it so when booking ask for a room far away from the bar.

Perfect location, 1 min walk from the beach and local bars and restaurants. All the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. There is no lift but we had the help of a hotel porter to show us to our room and take our bags. The water in the large swimming pool was warm and clean with great outside facilities. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The hotel felt safe and comfortable.

We are a family of 5 and requested, months before, that we have the 2 rooms close together. They said as we had different room types we couldn't be that close to each other, however they actually put us the furthest possible rooms away from each other on different floors. That's the only complaint.

Lovely hotel, great location near good places to eat and beautiful beach. The pool and area was lovely. Would recommend and stay again. No lift which was OK for us.

I can not fault my stay.

Solo female traveller. Distance from airport good. First time overnight in Barbados, usually transiting into an outbound flight. Taxi service safe and reliable. No hidden cost. Quotes in local currency or US dollars. 15 minutes drive from the airport. Felt safe and secure. The room was clean. Bathroom clean Shower roomy. Water is easily adjustable. Bed comfortable. Firm to ny liking. If it can take me a bit of time to adjust to the new sleeping arrangement. Not this time. Slept straight away. Definely recommending this hotel. I will be back to stay for my vacation.

The fact that they change bath towels every four (4) days instead of every day, we only received bath towels and no pool towels so we had to use our bath towels for the pool also for the four nights that we stayed there and last but not least they don’t have an elevator to reach on the third floor.

The pool and the room was nice. The receptionist lady was really nice also.

A fault with my shower made the first couple of days very uncomfortable, unfortunately these things happen. In response I would like to thank the engineer for fixing the problem and the duty manager for providing the right level of compensation.

Front of house service was exceptional. I checked in at 08:00am and was able to use the pool, bar and lounge, although my room was not ready until 16:00. 1min walk to the amazing Dover beach

There was no soap or blankets in the rooms upon check in. The staff was asleep at the desk when we got in at 11:30 pm.

I didn’t really have a problem with the property only annoying thing was there was no elevator so getting your luggage to and from the room was a bit of a hassle you do get someone to help you though, but that was the only thing other than that my stay great!

it was close to Everything. It was very convenient. The staff was nice and friendly, especially the bartender Richard and the chef Shareece they took care of me every day at the restaurant!
