The living area gets quite warm, the aircon is in the bedroom. Was told at check in they had water problems on this side of the island and he showed me where the extra water was in case I needed to flush the toilet after it stopped, doesn’t mention that in the listing and it didn’t happen while I was there but FYI.

Location is remote but the beach is right across the street, you can walk to a couple food stalls, the ez shop, the ZR stop and surfers bay. The space was good, everything I needed to cook but no oil/salt/pepper so you have to buy your own.

The locate was perfect. The beach was a jump away from the site. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was very clean and inviting. The owner was pleasant, on time and explained the area and things to do. I would refer this place to anyone looking to getaway for peace and quiet.

The place could definitely do with some more hands on cleaning, but it was sufficient to spend a quick few days near the sea.

It was close to the sea and beach. Even though you could really swim that side, it was still great to have the sea that close. The place was also quiet, very relaxing.

1. The living room was quite hot. Having air-conditioning there would have been super. Sometimes a fan does not cut it with dry heat and no wind. 2. The crockery was very limited, with only large plates 3. The cutlery was a bit limited, the cooking knives were very dull and could barely cut anything. They could have been spoons. I ended up tearing open a package with my teeth. 4. The location was relatively near the beach but very far from any other facilities. You really need to have a rental car when staying in that building. 5. There could have a bit more bed covering options than just a top sheet. The room was air-conditioned.

1. The building is very well built and care was taken in the design 2. The apartment is a very good size 3. The layout is good. 4. The Landlord was available for questions and was very helpful 5. The balcony with the chairs was a very nice touch, with the sea in the distance 6. The kitchen was very good with good counter space - brilliant 7. The bed and pillows were firm 8. The wifi yielded 30MB/s which is brilliant !!! The last hotel in Barbados yielded 5MB/s and I was glad to get out of there. 9. The bedroom was air-conditioned and was very cool and relaxing in the evening. Sleeping was very comfortable. 10. The appliances are adequate, oldish but in working order and did the job.

No hot water to take a shower

No hot water from the april 5 till 14th had to got to friends house to take showers. My last day in the morning about 9:00am. Check out day the water was hot. Crazy uncomfortable vacation

There was a problem with the bathroom light and the host was aware of and failed to to notify me and when I wanted to use the bathroom the light would'nt come turn on. A call was made to the host and he stated that he thought it was fixed because he got an electrician to fix it. I advised that it wasn't working. He told me to leave the light on as it is temperamental and it will come on which it did so I decided shower then it went off 10 minutes later so I called again to be told that he would get an electricians out the following morning. The shower curtain was dingy and needs to be replaced. There were odd glasses and cups and burnt pots to cook out of. The white towels and face cloths left in the apartment was not completely clean. No mosquito nets were at the window slacks by the balcony door. I mentioned this to the host to be told that no mosquitoes come through there which is untrue because we received all of our bites there over the time we where there and none at the resort were we had stayed. I noticed that there was nets in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom so do not understand why there were none by the slacks at the balcony door it defeats the purpose of having the nets in the rooms. I wasn't impressed.
