The 2nd room could use an upgrade on the faucets, the mirror is too short fir the average person. You might want to consider AC in the living area. The coffee percolator doesn't work well.

Property was rather "tired" and needed a makeover

Room was spacious and comfortable with a very pleasant outlook over gardens. Access was very easy and parking was right outside. Nice swimming pool - not busy. Very quiet. Plenty of kitchen facilities.

It's a very peaceful location just 15 minutes walk from the beach. It was lovely to wake and have a coffee on the porch looking out onto the trees and gardens. Staff were very helpful and the free shuttle was a bonus. Although the property is a little dated, it is ideal if you just want a comfortable place with a good kitchen and nice pool.

kitchen sink faucets don't reach very far into the sink so a little awkward older complex so shows some wear not all windows open or missing handles

The staff were very attentive and accommodating, appreciated the couple of shuttles daily to the closest beach The unit was comfortable with 2 patios for us to use. grocery store is approx. 20 min walk quiet location inland, with a nice pool area , 2nd floor location of unit

Struggling to think of anything we didn’t like.

Modest but clean and pleasantly decorated apartment. Everything we needed and when we asked for a blender it arrived immediately. Trouble with the fridge taken care of immediately on a weekend. The best thing about this property is the staff and how well run it is.

The rooms are very close to eachother and being an outdoor situation with windows open that is a bit of a problem. Children screaming in the pool can be a problem or people who go to the pool and choose to play their music loudly. I would like to see this addressed at least in the form of a notice to guests and posted at the pool. The facilities were tired - the knob for the oven was not showing any temps, the shower head was not good. But these issues were addressed in the price.

The property is in an excellent location and the shuttle to the beach is perfect. The management were very accommodating and when I mentioned an issue it was addressed within hours. It was very clean always.

Lack of communication..for a first time experience we got lost looking for this place, even while using Google map. Would have really appreciated if they told us before hand how to find the location.

The kitchen was quite small and it was a very far walk to get a Zr mini bus.

The pool was never crowded and always clean and warm. The food at Panenka was quite good but a bit pricey. The beach shuttle was very convenient . Our room was quite pleasant.

Did not like that we didn't have coffee top up each day. Only 2 packs upon arrival No cutting board, no grater, dull knives, small paring knife broken, No baking tray only glass dish, TV not user friendly and didn't see any how to use info, TV speakers sound is poor, very tinny, needs bass, had to turn it up all the way in order to hear the show, Broom closet has a really bad smell. Kids did not like going in there to throw their garbage away. My granddaughters while brushing their teeth one evening got a terrifying experience. A large cockroach crawling out of the washroom drain. They were very upset. They handed me the phone to call for help. We did and the person on duty came by with Pine Sol to pour in all our drains. I'm writing this to you because my grand daughters insisted that I tell you. Shower controls had calcium build up and was hard for my girls to use. Was told left had drive 8n vehicles but was not obviously.

There were some really loud guests on Sunday night by the pool. Loud music and shouting which was a tremendous inconvenience as I had an early morning flight. They left empty bottles and even raw eggs on the ground.

The decor and furniture is a little tired There is outside flood lighting which meant the curtains had to be closed in the bedroom to keep it dark or - in my case - l had to wear an eye mask The flooring around the pool was in need of repair

The apartment would benefit from a facelift - a coat of paint everywhere (but particularly bedroom and bathroom), and preferably in a neutral colour such as white or off-white, lightening of the dark roof timbers and new balcony furniture. Also the wifi did not work consistently.
