The bed and pillows were not great. The bathroom was not very well cleaned : the cups to brush the teeth had toothpaste from someone else, the soap holder in the shower was full of soapy water from someone else and there were some hairs also not ours. They also advertise the room as having access to kitchen items and that is not the case. When I made the booking I had that in consideration because I wanted to be able to cook dinner since we were coming from Bequia (ferry plus flight) and were going to arrive too late to find restaurants and etc open.

We were very well welcomed and treated. Breakfast was good with home made things. You can see they care for you and want you to have a good time. Near the airport by taxi, we stayed on night for transit.

It was freshly cooked and served by Geri, including home made bread and jam. She had reached out to us beforehand with advice about how to find a taxi at the airport, and booked one for us the following day.

One of my biggest peeve about this place were the flies, however, they were only outside.

My stay at Gemini House has been great, My mom and I found the breakfast was fabulous daily. The host was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed hearing the sea and watching the birds in the mornings while having breakfast. The environment was clean and cozy and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a homelike environment.

Excellent location, close to the airport and close to the sea and the ocean. Walking less than 5 minutes you reach the sea, and there is a nice sea view from the beautiful garden of the house. Very quiet and peaceful area. Safe. Very nice hosts, trying to feel you home. Steven and Geri, big thank you!!! The breakfast prepared by Geri was wonderful.

My partner and I received a gorgeous welcome from Geri and Steve for our one-night stay after a very long flight. We were able to have a stroll to the nearby beach and relax in the property's lovely little garden with a drink from the local supermarket. Our room was furnished simply but was nonetheless very comfortable and we overcame our jetlag in one night. We were then treated to a fabulous breakfast with some excellent coffee before bidding a warm farewell to our lovely hosts (who booked our taxi for us) and continuing our trip. This was a perfect welcome to Barbados.

If we were staying for a holiday there is not a lot going on in the neighbourhood as it is not very developed.

Very nice hosts. Could not do enough for you. Breakfast was brilliant. We were staying overnight on a transit stop so it was perfect for that. Close to the airport. If you were staying for longer there is a bus into town and a local shop / bar.

tiny bedroom only suitable for a single, very dirty bathroom had squeaky bed pushed in a corner so not easy to get out if you were on the inside. Very over priced. Left as soon as we could the next morning. I very costly mistake as no compensation. Rebooked for rest of our stay in a much better place which was clean and comfy and not over priced.

Nothing - it was the perfect first place to stay on the island!

Geri and Steve were both wonderful hosts. Geri came to greet us and show us round when we arrived and pointed us to the local convenience store and bar which was very welcome after a long flight! The location is PERFECT for a nice chilled getaway, 15 mins drive from the airport and 5 min walk to the beach which was beautiful. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, big thanks to Geri! We only stayed the night but would have happily stayed longer!

Steve and Geri were wonderful hosts and it was nice chatting with them. I had a lovely but brief layover. I really enjoyed sitting on their front porch catching the breeze, hearing the waves, and watching the hummingbirds dart around. The breakfast was great too!

It was all great!

Staying with Gerri and Steve was like a home away from home, the room was really comfortable, fresh and airy. The air con was excellent and the bathroom was clean and bright. The breakfast was really tasty and Gerri came up with new ideas every morning, making sure that she catered for a vegetarian with new and filling dishes. They were definitely a highlight! We chatted every morning with Gerri and Steve and learned so much about the places to go and sights to see. Gerri in particular was the reason we had some great dinners so make sure to ask her for advice. The location is great and is a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time and often had our lunch sitting on the grass in the front garden under the palm tree, beautiful! A special thank you to Gerri who got up one morning to have a flask of coffee ready for us at 515am as we had a really important video call at 6am.
