Their restaurant was closed for dinner which was a little inconvenient.

The location is pretty good, not too far from all the tourist spots. The breakfast hadn’t too many options but the food was decent. Highlight of the property is the staff, everyone is super friendly and accommodating.

I had problems from day1. My rom door was broken and did not lock. It took a week to get fixed. The balcony doors also did not lock. The food was very average and boring. The pool was filmy and needed a good clean. Not enough sun beds to cater for everyone. The whole place looks as if it needs some TLC.

I liked the location of the hotel. The staff were reasobaly helpful and pleasant. The air conditioning worked.

I requested room service at 11a.m and I never got it till 7p.m. The fridge in my room was noisy. More noticable at night when its wad quiet.

Waiting for our safe to be fixed, no support.

The room was great but our safe was not working, kept asking for help but no help came, and the breakfast was very poor. On arrival, the staff was very intimidating, not a warm welcoming.

Because there was no blanket I was never able to get comfortable at night. I was given an extra sheet and made do with a couple of other items. Food was fine but not great.

Quite a good location, but quite rundown place. Not on the beach, but the price was very reasonable and the beach is not far about 5 minutes walk. The bedroom worked very well air-conditioning et cetera very good

Breakfast was not ready on time for several days. I had to leave in the morning having breakfast or coffee. When I have breakfast, not to may options. Wifi was bad, realy bad connection. To much noise in the evening and till late in the night. Room smell at mold.

The TV... There should be a smart TV ... We're in 2023 why we still using normal tv that isn't smart. And I want soap I can leave with, not the ones in a dispenser

The ac unit in the room smelled like damp but the room was cool enough and I did not need to use it. I also allowed left the sliding door open on the balcony to air the room out.

I would have like to see some fresh fruit, yogurt, and a couple more local breakfast offerings. All the staff were hospitable, approachable and willing to assist when needed.

The WiFi had issues for the 2 days that I was there and I couldn’t connect. The staff were helpful and had contacted the engineer but it wasn’t sorted.

The location was perfect for a night out at the fish fry at Oistins. Friendly staff, good breakfast - nice pool.
