One of the ladies on reception had a terrible attitude (not Cheryl! But don't know the other ladies name). A few issues with the room - it is in need of a good revamp - my front door didn't lock properly and with a little tug you could just pull it open even when 'locked' , also had a big gap under the door so had a cockroach come in (had to stick a rolled towel in the gap to stop this). Shower kept getting blocked so it overflowed into the room on one occasion.

The location was really good quiet and felt safe. The majority of staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you!

-A large UK school group on pre-Easter cricket tour noisily dominated the pool in the afternoon,preventing guests from normal usage. No warning. -Restaurant menu (Indian) too limited for regular dining. Often empty. - Needs smart tv. No UK channels despite majority of guests being from UK.

Accommodation good and quiet. Easy parking. Location & nearby beach club excellent. Beach & centre an easy walk though dark at night. Very helpful& pleasant staff. (Avoided this mini-resort on past visits as it looks rundown outside and the units look prison-like behind bars. Nearby row of semi-derelict homes are unpleasant especially at night. But turned out great for us and will return and recommend.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but the balcony patio area in the bungalows could do with a fresh coat of paint and maybe the outside of the bungalows too. The pool area needs to be re-tiled and painted and the bar could do with a 'freshen up', as well as the gym area. The grass was cut, but again the central feature needed to be painted and weeds removed. The drop down blinds around the restaurant needed to be cleaned. There wasn't anything bad, but it could be made to look so much nicer quite easily,

The entrance lobby and restaurant area were very clean and the bungalow accommodation was good, with everything you needed. Possibly the fridge was a bit tired but the bungalow was very fresh and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times in all areas. The complex was peaceful and relaxed which is just what we wanted.

Some staff were not altogether accommodating. Site could do with more shade facilities ie umbrellas. Check in and check out should be looked at to provide more efficiency and clarity to customers.

Not enough chairs and loungers around the pool. Usual “reserving” with towels. Slightly bossy tone of notices with charges for all misdeeds and omissions.

Relaxed atmosphere, spacious layout. Great shower, nice bedding, birds and monkeys to be seen. No traffic near by. The Asian food in the restaurant was good.

This is a homely quiet hotel with lovely grounds and pool cottages around the grounds are very spacious, comfortable and clean with a good kitchen dining area The on site restaurant is Indian and I would like to see more western/ Bajan food served Breakfasts were good The hotel is not on the beach but is only a 15 minute walk to a lovely beach. They also have a daily shuttle Also 15 minute walk to very good supermarket and shopping area. Some good restaurants nearby The staff were helpful and friendly Ideal for couples and families Not a swish large resort but small and homely We would definitely go back

My trip wasn't long enough

I had a very good stay and will return again. It is well put together with an amazing restaurant and pool. The food was very well prepared, and we enjoyed the Indian dish. Was not expecting that at all. Got my favorite Indian food. Was lovely seeing the manager/owner being part of the staff team and interacting with the guests. The rooms were well put together and we were able to make hot tea and cook as well. Lovely

There’s a few things that let it down unfortunately, we had no hot water for 3 days and in the end they had to switch from solar to electric. I get the impression they are trying to cut back to save money. The hand soap has been watered down so much it was thin and watery which isn’t good hygiene, and the hygiene dispenser in reception was empty too. The alcohol in the drinks is the same. I ordered cocktails at 20 dollars each and couldn’t taste a trace of any alcohol. We ended up getting a bottle of rum and adding it to the fruit punch they sell about 2 dollars. It wasn’t the cost for us, I hated doing it but they water everything down. We had a meal in the restaurant there, it was nice but 5 pieces of chicken in a curry isn't enough, more liquid and no meat. We have just booked to go to Barbados again and would have stayed here again but found somewhere half the cost and closer to the beach in this area. I would have just booked here and not looked further but these things did spoil it for us. I would have rated 10 out of 10 but unfortunately this let the resort down. Staff are lovely, accommodation great just the other stuff that let it down

The room was exceptionally clean in fact the whole area was very clean. The unit was large and had everything needed. Plenty of parking was a bonus. Pool area was nice Great location, right in the middle of everything If you see a skinny cat, please feed him.. we named him tiddles

15-20 minute walk into town, however, this walk is through quiet residential streets.

Location is good, with a 5 minute walk to highway 1 and another minute to the beach. Asian resturant at the resort is really good too.
