smoking is allowed in the corridors and the smell can sometimes be felt in the rooms. Hotel restaurant staff was not particularly kind. One waiter felt that it was a cold morning for him and refused to serve us on the terrace.

the hotel is located at a very busy area, huge amount of cars trying to park...The room was also quite noisy - first, noise from the kitchen of the restaurant downstairs, and then deep into the night music from different other restaurants across the river.

Very nice location, comfortable, clean facility. There is no elevator, but the receptionist carried our luggage upstairs. The restaurant downstairs, with the huge terraces overlooking the river, is wonderful, food i fine.

We loved the restaurant and thus the location for dinner and breakfast. Sitting just above the river Vrbas was just perfectly romantic and beautiful. The staff also was really nice and helpful. Thanks!

Wifi didn't work at all (and I needed it for work), despite we had been said it had been fixed.

Nice and quiet area out of downtown but really close to it. Perfect breakfast zone, in the terrace, with a beautiful view. Ideal to park your car.

2 bad points only: 1- We tried to use 2 different phones and 2 different laptops without success from our bedroom no 10. Various Error messages suggested that password were incorrect or IP address could not be found or could not connect to Internet. In fact, access to wifi was impossible for more than 30seconds due to very poor old technology transmitters located too far away in the hallway. We had to sit next to the hotel staircase from 3am to 6am in front of the transmitter in order to get a decent stable reception to communicate with our business abroad. Their explanation about bad weather damaging the lines was also a bit hard to believe when you had great reception next to the transmitter :) 2- Fridge freezer had not been defrosted in months and was overloaded with old ice. Sadly, no fresh ice blocks could be made.

Great location, on the river and just opposite the castle. Large room and very helpful hotel staff. Easy parking in front of hotel. Romantic dinner setting.

Only local channels on TV - so no news in English but not a big thing.

Right on the river and we asked for - and were allocated - rooms with river view. That means though that you also overlook the restaurant which at times was a bit busy - but mostly was empty by 10pm so did not disturb sleep. Rooms were wooden floored and perhaps some people might find them a bit old fashioned - but we thought they had character and were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was ample - and good coffee was served. We chose muesli and yoghurt, bread and cheese, and were served a lot of fruit too. The male receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Bed was large and comfortable - plenty of pillows, towels etc.

Great place. Always stay there when in Banja Luka. Close to city centre, just by the river and Castle. Very good breakfast and nice staff. Thank you.

The breakfast is not a buffet, but ordered a la carte, which was totally fine. What I didn't like was the ham omlette which was extremely salty. I didn't pay attention in the beginning but when I finished half of it, I felt this was an awkward choice. I drank a whole bottle of water later to neutralize that taste.

This hotel is located at the best place and our room is facing a landmark view: the fortress over the river. There is a tree outside of the window overwater. The bridge is just in sight. So that's what is the most valuable thing about this room in the hotel.

There was a techno party in the fortress nearby and they played loud music whole night long, so we didn't sleep very well. But that's not the fault of the hotel.

The breakfast was good, also the food in the restaurant in the evening. It was nice because the city centre was near. Our motorcycles were safely parked in front of the hotel (we reserved a parking spot in advance) and everything was under cameras :) The staff was also nice.

The hotel is on the river, and centre of the city, The hotel is beautiful and the beds are comfy but most amazing and outstanding are the employees there, they are kind, helpful, and very friendly, ready to help you whenever you need even though they are very busy. If I ever go back again, I would stick with this hotel Highly recommend.

The location above the Vrbas river and next to Kastel fortress is very picturesque. Bear in mind only if there is some music event in the fortress because the sound comes over and it may last late in the night. The hotel is nice and clean and it has also a good restaurant. Therefore the breakfast on the terrace just above the river was tasty. The staff (receptionists, waiters) is very kind. I asked for a free parking slot in advance and even though there are very few slots, they reserved one also in the evening, when there were also quite some guests in the nearest restaurant on the raft on Vrbas. The room/apartment, suitable for 3 persons, is spacious, well equiped and clean - it could be easily granted 4 stars instead of official 3.

The hotel is simply great! It is close to all local amenities! Our room was spacious, very cosy, clean and had a gorgeous view over river Vrbas and Kastel Fortress. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful!We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back! My highest recommendation!
