I spent two nights with my family in Vienna Story Guesthouse in August 2022. The owner greeted us with Bosnian coffee. The place is gourgeus, located nearest to the city centre. There is a private parking. Our room was very spacious, and very very clean :) Breakfast was delicious. The owner and his family were very kind and helpful with giving advices about attractions around Mostar. Thank you for your hospitality! We will come back there in future for 100%..

Everything was perfect! Clean, beautiful rooms, thoughtful interior. Hosts very nice girls, promptly helped in case of any questions. Free parking on site, very close to the city center. Breakfast was also excellent and varied. I would love to stay there next time!

The location is in the center of Mostar, the streets are very narrow and uphill so be prepared, but this isn't something really we "didn't like" just a FYI.

The Hosts were really kind and helpful. The apartment was nice, what we expected. Nice and clean, comfy room, kitchen with some equipment good for a short stay. We received some fruits and water as gift as well. They recommended us a restaurant (Sadravan) which was amazing!!!

Better signage for the first approach would be helpful.

The host Family are absolut friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and also very varied with local dishes. From the outside, the guesthouse is a bit inconspicuous, but the inside is in perfect condition. Behind a high, opaque gate and walls, this is also a perfect save place for motorcyclists! The rooms offer everything you need and the way to the old City Center needs max. 15 minutes per feed.

Nice room, comfortable bad, lovely decoration, near Old bridge, some 7-8 minutes walking distance. Nice breakfast with Bosnian coffee. But the most important is the host and his daughters, they are very kind and helpful. We had a problem with car rental and they have found solution in a minute. I’ve never seen such hospitality as here. Recommend 100%

Nothing - it was all brilliant!!

From the second we walked in through the door (or stepped off the bus at the bus station, in our case), we felt so welcome and at ease. The family were so helpful and lovely and our room was just what we needed for the three of us (myself, my partner and our 10 month old son). They even had a full cot in there. The breakfast was amazing - breads, meats and cheeses, cereals, yogurts etc, and included an omelette if you so desired. Additionally, it was all served on the terrace! It had an absolutely stunning view and was perfect at 7:30 in the morning. It was also ideally located (about a 5 minute walk from Stari Most) and a 10 minute walk (with luggage and a child) to the main bus and train stations. We even had to ask for washing up liquid at 22:00 at night and they were so accommodating. At the end of our stay, they even offered to do our washing for free! We are staying another night in Mostar in a few days time, and I had really hoped that they would have a free space. Alas, we are out of luck. But, if you book well in advance, you should be ok.

Super friendly host who will do anything to make you comfortable. Even drove us to a nice scenic area. 2 things to do (besides the bridge), go to the viewpoint and eat cake at hotel Bristol. The Museum about de history (war) was very impressive. Go there if you want to know more about the conflict and history of the area. The breakfast is arranged by his two lovely daughters. Ask about the history of the building! There is a wine seller in the basement which was used to make price winning wine. Great stay!

An outstanding stay! The house is amazing, rooms are super clean, breakfast is great and is just a short walk from Old Bridge. The hosts (whole family) are amazing - helpful and unbelievably nice, we felt like home ;)
