There is no space for non smokers which is a little annoying for people who do not smoke. The air is stuffy and your clothes and skin stink of cigarette smoke. Not nice

You need to extra pay for all facilities. Pool - you need to extra pay, billiards - you need to extra pay, bowling - extra pay, SPA - extra pay... Basically all things they list as facilities are there, but it is not included in price.

Food is great. Location is fantastic, you can go out from hotel on the slopes. Staff is great and ready to help. Rooms are clean.

Considering the cost for a night, one would expect a more diverse range of toiletries beyond just shampoo and hand wash.

The natural materials in the whole hotel are so pretty. Bedroom was nicely decorated, comfortable and practical. Even three people could stay there easily for couple of nights. The wellness area was pretty nice too. Luckily we run into only two other couples which was great in my opinion as I don’t prefer crowded places. Breakfast was amazing, lot of choices from salty to sweets.

The sheets have not been changed for five days. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant's large hall.

Perfect location, comfortable rooms, wonderful bathroom, nice terrace, small but nice SPA center, excellent buffet food, provided free parking for guests, excellent wifi signal in all parts of the hotel, excellently equipped ski room with favorable rental prices.

The time between breakfast and dinner is long - 9 hours. If dinner can be served at 18h that will be much better. Also some services are on extra charge such as wellness. In addition ski renral at hotel is excellent but a bit expencive.

A greater selection of vegetarian dishes would have been appreciated (menus are very meat-heavy). Room tea/coffee facilities would be a great improvement given that room service does not start before 8am.

Hotel is excellent - especially for families with small children. Food is of great quality and location is amazing, right on the slopes and 1 min away from the ski-lift. Equipment rental and ski school are all within the hotel which was particularly convenient.

The reception staff were hard to get answers from. From initially needing to make booking 3 times. After booking 2 rooms, they weren't put next to each other even though requesting over the phone.

Waiters and cleaners were extremely accommodating.

the perfect place to get weight! Dinner was a real challenge; so many dishes to select , all of them were very well cooked so a mere tasting was never enough. On top of this, the polite and smiling members of staff made you feel as at home. The result? two kilos more in four days.

Breakfast could be improved, because something was missing, something different and unique, even many choices are there, but standard. Prices are huge: coca cola from minibar 6 BAM, cappuccino 4.5 BAM, water 3 BAM, garage parking 40 BAM per day, pool with sauna 40 BAM pp, jacuzzi 70 BAM for two person 45 minutes...even it is a deluxe hotel, prices are like on the Alpes. Massage prices are very huge (around 150 BAM for 1 hour). Meal prices, for those that has not meal included, are enormous for Bosina. Ski rent prices are OK, but you dont have race skis there, only basic and middle range. Pool size is not worth for this rank of hotel and temperature is only around 29 C. It is not pleasant for winter time after ski day. I hope that they will invest in larger pool and build outside pool connected with the inside one. With that they would be unique, because noone offers an outside pool. Pool temperature must be higher on winter, 33 at least. Jacuzzi didn't worked, we reserve it, but after 5 min it stopped to bubble. Some breakdown, but they didn't charge us. Besides that, spa looks nice, and massage rooms are relaxing. Too many ice on parking. Again, this hotel rank cannot afford this. If you open the window in the room (and you must, because night heating is strong) some device on the wall beeps all the time, but you can mute it (every time after window open/close). Hotel that has the best location, it is near the gondola and center. Room is clean and comfortable. Great bathroom with large shower and nice tiles. All receptionists and waiters are kind and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner included. There are many meals to choose, especially for dinner, where you have true options for this rank of hotel and, I think that you dont have these kind of meals in any other hotel. Hotel has boutiques, ski rental, spa, rest area, gaming and kids area, inside and outside parking, 2 restaurants, bar... Below hotel is a kiosk with drinks and snacks. Free parking on site. I recommend it, but be fast on reservation if you dont want to miss it.

The soundproofing isn’t great and noisy guest can clearly be heard through the room walls. Worst though, my room (1120) was above the bowling alley and from 4pm-2200 each day it wasn’t relaxing due to the constant sound. Management did their best but the hotel was totally full so I ended up living with it but some compensation would have avoided this review. Sadly this is a common issue (see below comments ref room 1116). Also the smoking in public areas isn't nice as many others have complained.

Characterful, great staff and an excellent location, the food is delicious and the views of the slopes cannot be beaten. Ski rental staff were some of the best (thanks Zoran/Zoltan) and couldn't be more helpful, thanks guys.
