We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomTo be quite honest we liked most things. We only have small points of constructive criticism. The orange juice in the morning seemed to be made from powder, one or two items we found in the room from a previous occupant and possibly the spa could do with some large plants to make it feel loved. All only minor points.
We loved our evening meal in the restaurant below and enjoyed our time in the pool and sauna. The location is excellent and the Bosnian hospitality a joy. The breakfast is large and plentiful. Beds are mega comfy. The wine is excellent.

Excellent staff and very good food in the resturant. Have visit the resturant several times during many years, but never stayed in the hotel. Nice outdoor areas, close to the river. Good parking area.

United StatesStudenac hotel is beautifully situated alongside the Trebišnica river, with a serene atmosphere and outside dining area. Our family found it to be very relaxing and nourishing, along with the indoor spa as well! Food is great, and the staff was friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend it!

Bosnia and HerzegovinaAs someone who is on a strict low/complex carb diet, the only options to eat were fish and salad, but if you don't have any food restrictions there is quite a lot to choose from, as the restaurant is famous among local community. Another con is no smoke free zone in the restaurant.
Location was perfect. Hotel was by the river, perfect location for quiet vacation, and it is only a 30 min walk (by the river) to get to the city center. Special thanks to the personnel. They were more than welcoming and happy to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was kept clean and amenities worked great!

United KingdomHotel location had very limited signage,Staff unhelpful and rude.not allowed drinks as all tables were occupied and without a table you couldn’t order drinks so we had to get a taxi to another restaurant, no seating available and staff refused to provide seating that was stored by the side of the patia, cleaners and gardeners woke us at 07.00hrs, loud music was playing till 02.00hrs, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, no English speaking staff
