Pool wardrobe and towels need to be replaced, they are way worn out. Biosauna was not working. Pool area need design update. Even though it did not spoil my stay and I have wonderful relaxing time.

Everything! Especially stuff, so kind and friendly. Ms. Alma always greed u with a smile and cut check in and out time at minimum. Hotel and its surrounding nature are worth every penny spent. Fresh air, deep woods, calm, birds chirping, horses...energy recharge at maximum. Breakfast so delicius! Palenta balls one of the best ever!

I was a bit dissapointed with sauna, it was working, but we could not get temperature to go over 70 degrees. Pool was good.

Very halpfull and nice staff, rooms and rest of the hotel are really clean. Great place with a lot of walking space around. Food is great, it's a bit expensive for Bosnian conditions, but it's worth that price. There is a lot of parking space escepcially during the night when people that came over-day leave. Rooms have a great size, and their look fits with mountain environment. We found two pieces of chocholate when we came, and for me it was a nice gesture

Relaxing friendly atmosphere, very good food, beautiful hotel exterior and interior, pine tree forest everywhere around with so many hiking routes - and the most important thing - clear fresh and so healthy air... very good place for families with small kids / babies as well...

when we arrived at the reception, we were greeted by a very kind girl, she explained everything very nicely and directed us to the room. the first entry into the room was enchanting, everything was so beautiful and warm... a real holiday idyll. the hotel has a Spa and swimming pool and two saunas... also recommendations breakfast was a real hit, it's worth taking it ... I would recommend this hotel to everyone, whether you come alone with children or a girlfriend, you will be delighted.

I liked everything. Would love to come back in a different season as it was a bit rainy.

This is a perfect getaway spot if you're looking to unwind outside of the city. The interior design is so calming and relaxing that it put me into 'vacation mode' instantly. The room sizes are above average, so it was easy for my extended family to hang out. The food is exceptional to the point we were anticipating what to eat at every next meal. The staff were very kind and friendly. The kids enjoyed the kids club.

Everything was perfect room was very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and attentive, the vibe in the hotel is very cosy and relaxing. The food in the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was great too. Great location. Kids also enjoyed their stay. This was our second time visiting this hotel and we will definitely be back again.

I liked pretty much everything except in the room me and my family were staying, the glass in the bathroom in between the wood was almost see through which seemed rather odd but apart from that it was really good.

Situated in a very nice place with lots of different hiking and biking trails. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very nice. The rooms were spotless and had a very nice nature themed bathroom. There was also a pool which had a sauna next to it and ambient lighting. The best part about that was that there was noone in it so we had the whole pool to ourselves. The lifts were the fastest I had eve seen and all the food there (especially the pizza and crepes) was delicious. I hope to come back there in the winter as it will be snowing then :D.

I had a wonderful experience at the Pino Nature hotel. Every staff member was efficient, pleasant and helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, to feel like at home. The hotel and room were very clean and confortable. The hotel has the perfect location on Trebevic mountain, but just 15 min drive from the downtown of Sarajevo. Food is also amazing. I will definitly come back.

Honestly... there is nothing we didnt like.
