Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special (3 different type of breads, 3 different types of salami, omlett with ham and chees, one type of chees, tomato, milk, hot and cold water, coffe, cereal). Location of hotel is absolutely in the city center!

Family-run hotel, everyone is friendly, helpful, willing and supportive. They are attentive to requests, Basically any request or wish was handled at once. Rooms are standard sized and beds were very comfortable. (we used twin bed rooms). Breakfast are absolutly fine,, they even prepared cheese omlett seperatly as that was our wish to eat. Excellent coffee after the super breakfast In the breakfast room we could make tea or coffee after hours. Luncs or dinner only available if indicated the day before or latest in the morning. You can really feel that you are the guest and you are served. The hotel is 20m from the main street, very quite, and approximately 60m from the St.James church.

SloveniaThe breakfast buffet was quite modest. When they ran out of salami and cheese, they didn't replenish them. Apart from a few slices of bread, there was very little else available. No croissants, small pastries, or other options typically expected at a 4-star hotel. It was the worst breakfast experience I've had at a hotel of this caliber.
