Interestingly the hotel does not have EFT payment options, with many restaurants and shops having this functionality. The short doona and no top sheet for a tall person means the toes or the shoulders are not covered. The shower head is very low.

Well located in the older part of town. East walk to tour guides locations. A carpark was available. The staff were very helpful, special call out to Elma. The room was quite spacious, bed comfortable.

Noise from the crowds in the restaurant was pretty loud, especially for a light sleeper. I expected it’ll be noisy, given the location of course, just didn’t expect it to be this much

The size of the room. It was really small, and I didn't know where to put all my stuff. I kept some of it in my suitcase, and I had problems finding a place where I could open my suitcase fully when I needed something. The size of the room is the only reason why I have rated "Comfort" and "Satisfied with the room" with a 9 and not a 10.

I loved the location, it was perfect. The staff was also very nice, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is small but good choices. Hotel is really nice located in the old town with lots of bars and restaurants and shops around. Room was not too big, but really comfy, and the beds were pretty good!

Amazing location. We were just near the Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque. It was amazing view and we can walk anywhere and return to room if we get tired. This could be the best location in Sarajevo. And every other thing was great too. I would choose Old Town Hotel again.

Cannot fault my stay at all. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location in old town. 1 min from Latin bridge, 3 mins from tour offices for trips and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a continental style with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend.

My room was pretty small thus not much space to store my stuff.

The staff were polite and friendly. The location couldn't be better. The breakfast was pretty good and varied from day to day. The shower was excellent. Reasonable tea and coffee making facilities. The room was very quiet.

I have been staying in this hotel mostly last 15 years. Each other year I find that they do some renovation. Top location - just on the main street, where all shops and restaurants are. Hotel has some parking places available which is a big plus in the middle of the old city. Excellent breakfast which enough variety of options, plus they can prepare you eggs or omelette according to your preference. Very helpful staff, you can be sure they can assist you for any question you might have.

As promised by the host, they provided a safe parking space, that was very close to the hotel. It was especially comforting for me. The reception staff is extremely nice, friendly, helpful and respectful. I am very grateful to them. The breakfast is varied, plentiful and very delicious. I very enjoyed to live there. The hotel is in a beautiful location, close to everything. The street noise is not disturbing because the closed window insulates perfectly. If I can, I will go back again as soon as possible.
