It is a family run business and everyone went above and beyond to assure we had a fantastic stay.

A little too far to walk to town centre however it is in quieter area, near main road and good for travellers.

the rooms were exceptionally clean, modern marble tiles and new laminate flooring. Top level unit we stayed in had new very clean bathroom, all comfortable new beds and very clean towels/sheets.

Everything about the hotel and restaurant was excellent. Comfortable, clean, food was great, and the customer service was one of the best I've experienced and I travel a lot. Well done, Nenad and the family. Priganice su bile odlicne! :)

A little mess after construction works. Location is next to the road so it can be a little noise with open window.

Extra mattress for sofa bed would be very nice to have. I told that for owner and he sayd yes its in the list. They have just started business.

Owner was very nice. Food what we eat was one of the bests on this 2 weeks road trip Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro. Rooms are brand new and clean.

Not one single negative opinion that we could think of.

We were greeted right at the parking gate even though it was in the late hours. Best part was that parking was gated and huge for a big van that we had. Hotel is new, owned and run by a family. So far the cleanest hotel we have ever been to. Service was beyond friendly and accommodating. They even had a small puppy that my husband brought into the room to wake up our girls, best experience ever in their opinion! My girls are even now talking about home made breakfast they had and the most delicious "uštipke" they had. We are definitely coming back to Hotel Nacional and are already recommending it to our friends and family.

Everything is really great, no negative comments...

Everything was amazing. Huge parking lot , really nice restaurant with great food , pleasant staff... room was very clean and there is Everything what you need... shampoo (big bottle ) hand soap (big bottle) ... towels, paper wipes. The bed was amazing, and the outside temperature was great, so we switched off ac and open windows ... it was so nice and you could smell that fresh air from nearby tries and plants. We are most of the time in trebinje , but this place is so cheap and for sure it gives really more comfort for that money.

I always try to stay in places where English is spoken and this property advertised that English was one of the languages spoken. The first thing the young man who is the owner/manager asked me when I arrived was if I spoke German to which I replied, No. He said that he spoke German but did not speak much English. He was very sweet and attentive but his attempts at conversation and his relating information to me consisted of his using Google Translate. This was concerning because Google Translate was not always correct and I was afraid that I was not understanding what he was trying to tell me. The lack of ability to converse with him was very bothersome to me and is the reason that I was not totally pleased with my stay.

The NACIONAL appears to be a relatively new property which was advertised with a restaurant which is actually only open for breakfast. There were no other viable restaurants in the immediate area. To be fair, the property was very nice, my room was large and comfortable and the wifi worked well AFTER the first night when I used the password he had given me which did not work and when I asked him about it the next morning, he said, he had given me the wrong sheet of paper because the wrong case (upper rather than lower!) was indicated on the information he had given me.
