The reception did not speak english and communiction was difficult. Breakfast was poor. No real jiuce( only very sweat drink) or water was offered. No coffee. Espresso at extra costs. Parking only at extra costs. For 1 night paid about 20€ .

Repeat stay, excellent facilities and fantastic staff. Very accommodating, friendly, polite staff couldn't ask for more. Buffet breakfast was a little bit disappointing with repetitive food choices but overall very good. Happy to stay again.

When it was time to check out, they literally turned off the lights in the room, which did not allow us to finish packing our things in a comfortable environment, and simply go to the toilet before going on the road. The ability to return at night to enter the hotel requires that the doors be opened by the hostess at the reception. Also, the sauna and all the spas were not working, for which the choice was made at Mellain, only the swimming pool was working, there was also no opportunity to order food in the room, the restaurant in the hotel was also closed. In general, EVERYTHING FOR WHICH THIS HOTEL WAS CHOSEN WAS NOT available or was not available, the hotel rules seem to demonstrate that it was not created for relaxation...

Suite didnt have any facilities, that made it a comfortable stay. It was just a room, nothing more than that. No cleaning for our 4 night stay. Staff told us afterwards that you have to be in the room to let cleaning staff in otherwise they pass the room and move on, which i have never experienced Previously at any hotel.

Cold rooms, couldnt change temperature. Ice cold shower and couldnt shower at 4am begore my flight! All that for this price?! I pay hotels 140 EUR in Paris and Dubai and much better quality service. Also - complimentary water which is the minimum they can do… is actually mot complimentary.

- extremely expensive for Tuzla - empty mini bar in the room - no coffee or tea in the room - there were only 1 glass for 2 people - fridge was not working - they do not have kettle in the room and they could not provide it - what ever you ask they can not provide it (the answer yes we know but we do not have it) - you have to pay the room in advance (at check in) - you have to pay hotel parking each time you go in the city with car. It was unacceptable for them to charge the parking at check out.

For the price you pay, you actually get very little. You have to ask extra for a bath robe, which is already provided in much cheaper hotels. You only get one room key, which wouldn't be a problem, if you didn't need the key to use the elevator! The garage you have the pay extra even as a hotel guest because "it is owned by a different company". It is not discounted for guests as well, but rather expensive for the area- 2BAM/hour. We were a couple that was getting married that weekend and we stayed there because we wanted to get a little taste of luxury but got disappointed very fast when they told us we would have to pay 100BAM for one hour of taking photos in the lobby. Our parents came to our room just a couple of hours before the wedding to come see us but got sent out because the owner doesn't allow visitors, even was very rude to the father who explained we were getting married and they just wanted to see us. Other than that the hotel has a very strong unpleasant smell of old people, electric socket was pulled out of the wall and rooms were very very cold. Just once again proved us you can get much more for cheaper! Disappointing!
