Really nice hotel, staff also in a beautiful and very interesting city with lots of (difficult) history. European travelers, especially single women should be aware of the overwhelming presence of conservative Muslim guests, with women in black hijab and full face cover.

The room AC is not efficient and informed the reception to reduce the Temp setting as you can't do it from the room, and with three times request. the room remains warm and not comfortable for sleeping for those who like to sleep in cold room. In the last day of my stay, I discovered by chance that there is an underground car park where it take you directedly to your floor.

Nice and supportive staff, clean and comfort room. River view. Nice breakfast with much varieties. it has free underground private parking.

Indoor swimming pool - it is rather small for the hotel that size.

Clean rooms, quiet. Buffet breakfast, tasteful foods. Special thanks to Almedina, the cook - very polite and will prepare anything as per guest request.

Pool could use some maintenance. We had the bad luck that they just replaced the water in the pool and it took more than a day to warm up enough. But at least this was the proof of good hygiene.

Comfortable room, great furniture and decorations. Breakfast excellent. Loved the sauna. Staff is super nice and helpful.

No Dry Clean Service No Iron available in the room or based on request. Although Laundry service was super fast, my clothes were smelly (Cigarettes). My trip was 5 days. The last three days, restaurant that serve breakfast was closed for maintenance and they shifted us to their cafe, where breakfast opinions got reduced.

My trip was 5 days. The restaurant that serve breakfast was 5 stars for only two days. My room was clean, quite and very confirmable (Bed, Sofa and bathroom). Laundry service was super fast.

Restaurant menu had very little choice for such hotel and its mostly adjusted to middle eastern guests, i havent tried anything from menu so i cant talk about taste ans quality. Spa was great but was limited to hammam and sauna i think they should add some more variety there. Overall we were more than happy with hotel.

Rooms were clean and spacious, underground garage for car with direct elevator to rooms. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. Staff was friendly and approachable.

Poor sauna experience: no water or tea, tapidarium stones in relax room were cold, lots of room for improvement

The breakfasts were perfect. Gym, SPA for guests for free. Hotel is near airport, 20 min by car to a city center.

The massage - jet function of the pool wasn't working. I think there would be better to serve some alcoholic beverages, at least as room service, that wouldn't harm anybody.

The hotel is in a modern district of Sarajevo, several restaurants, shop in the nearby area. The staff, by the reception, the waiters etc were excellent friendly and helpful. There is a wellness facility on the ground floor, one can reach it with a separate elevator, you don't need to walk around wearing bathrobe. Warm pool, sauna. The only problem was, the massage - water - jet function of the pool wasn't working. The buffet breakfast is excellent, wide variety of cold and warm dishes. There are also good meals on the a la carte menu, steaks, oriental kind of dishes etc. Important to know, this is a Muslim - halal hotel, therefore they don't serve alcoholic drinks. My personal opinion is that it would be better if discreetly, but they would serve them for non - Muslim guests, at least as a room service. But rules are rules, and we accepted it.

they need to put a tv that works with other channels. tv didnt work and we were only able to see a screen about hotel's page.
