Hotel is on the main street that goes through Neum, on the top of the hill, so if you go to the beach from there by walk, it might be difficult to return because you would have to go uphill, but that there is a parking next to the beach, so I wouldn't state this as some big problem :)

There was not too much guests in hotel, so it was pretty quiet. Room, as well as balcony, were very big and had a beautiful view of the sea and Peljesac bridge. Stuff was very polite, the girl on the reception took us to the roof to show us the pool when we asked her, even though the pool was closed and she didn't have to do that. Breakfast, which was included in the price was very delicious and the food choice was various.

There is no Spa&Wellness available, although it has been advertised before I booked the room. The indoor pool is not in use either.

Great view from the room, the room was very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.

Tv chanels are disaster. This kind of hotel should have better tv chanels.

Rooms are specious and modern. Sea view is remarkable. Toilet is clean and modern. Roof top pool is great, etc

The room was really clean, spacy, bright, with large balcony. The hotel is on the hill and the room on the seaside offer a beautiful view. You won't regret to choose this accomodiation!

10-20 min walk from the sea near the highway. Not so many options for the breakfast.

The view from the room is stunning... It is clean, quiet and totally a good value for the money. Pool is also pretty nice.

There was a weird noise every now and then from the toilet seat, at the beginning we thought that someone is knocking on our door. Also, the price we paid was different from the price written on the site, it was a bit more expensive so be careful.

The hotel is nice with an amazing view. It is a bit far away from the beach but there is transport to and from the beach almost every hour. The staff is really nice and helpful!

The swimming pool didn't work. The hotel is a far from the beach.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The view from the terrace is great. The hotel has a lot of parking space available. It is also easy to find by car, since it is on the main road. It's a great place to stay if you wish to travel around the area by car.

The receptionist did not welcome us. She didn't wish us a good stay. She had no personality. We asked for a receipt of payment when we checked out, she said they don't provide receipts, Booking.com will provide same.

nothing was up to our expectation/ we waited full day for them to bring litter bin and extra billows. towels were very old. no heating system in the room nor in the bath room- no boiling kettle, no safety box in the room nor with them, the fridge was very noisy.

Breakfast offer was very poor. Minibar vas empty, no kettle in the room. No toiletries (shampoo, conditioner or body lotion). No slippers or bathrobes. There is no safe. We couldn't close bathroom door because door handle was broken. To get to our room we had to navigate labyrinth of corridors and if that is not enough, our room was not elevator accessible. The pool bar wasn't working and no parasol.
