Staff were so friendly and full of information. There was a board with local food recommendations too and sign ups for free walking tours plus a hostel group chat. Rooms were quite small but plenty of luggage space. Location was right in the centre! Social room was quite small but that makes it great for socialising.

It was a little awkward having to hold up the shower yourself, but that's only a minor issue - I'd still highly recommend staying here.

Loved this hostel. It's in the perfect location and Ivan is an amazing host. It's easy to get chatting in your room or the common room and there's definitely a nice vibe.

Great ambiance! The people were awesome (staff + travellers), the hostel was clean and well maintained, there's even draft beer on tap! Amazing location and strong WiFi. The host is a solid guy as well, who knows the best places for good quality cheap food, bars to hang out after touristing, and all the things to see around. 5 stars all around!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Everything! The hostel provides fresh towels, safe lockers, and cozy common areas to cook, chill, and meet people. Comfortable Crocs to use inside of the rooms are also provided and help to keep everything clean! Thank you to the amazing friendly staff who is always there to welcome you and help with anything you need, with a special shout to Denis! The location is also perfect, right at the city center, and with easy access to public transportation.

*These are not important minus at all* Maybe the showers in the second floor are a bit small, but there’s not much to do about it as the hostel is built inside the city center. The common room isn’t open all night long but it’s understandable because is near to the dorms so they have to keep it quiet.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, Ivan which I guess is the manager does his job perfectly, the environment is chill but at the same time very involving. I’ve been in the hostel a few times because I’ve been volunteering in a place nearby and I can assure it’s the best hostel for backpackers in Sarajevo. Also the position can’t be more central.

Toilets/showers could be cleaner. But I think it's not completely their fault as the travellers need to be cleaner too. The kitchen areas could be cleaner too. They cut the water from toilets/showers at night, something that should be consider as some people might need to use the toilet at night.

People were so nice and kind. The staff is always helpful giving advice and tips about the city. The room was small but ok for what you pay. Big lockers where you will need your own 🔒 I met nice people there. They let me leave my backpack after the check-in. They provide a towel

Location was peeerfect it's in the middle of the main street and everything is within walking distance from there. And the staff was warm and friendly. The internet connection was 10/10. Rooms, common area and bathroom were clean. If I go to Sarajevo again I would definitely stay there.

Limited number of bathrooms, so occasionally you have to wait and be fast to get a free one. Could clean a bit under the beds - noticed quite messy situation when correcting the bed floor frame.

Very central location in the Old town, with good tram connections to railway and bus stations; a lot of shops, restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes of walk. Very friendly staff, most likely also because of common short term history of our countries. They kept me a bottom bunk like I asked. Spacious daily area with kitchen and plenty of chances for chatting. Each bed has its own locker; hostel has a large storage facility (if you leave after check out) and a lot of tourist material about what to do in Sarajevo and around it.

A sizable table with stools were placed in the room UNNECESSARILY and caused qiute a bit of inconvenience.

Problems like hot water for shower & room heater not working were quickly solved by helpful staff. Fully equipped kitchen, ideally located inside old town, comfortable bed, effective wifi. Obviously the Host had put in a lot of efforts to run & upkeep this hostel
