Walls are a bit thin - so you might be disturbed, if you have a noisy neighbor (during my stay I had no problems with that). Due to my knee problems it was not so good, that I had to climb some stairs to my room - it is not the fault of the accomodation as they are not responsible for my knee and under normal circumstances that would not have been an issued. Just to let you know if you have difficulties with stairs, that there is no elevator.

I stayed here for two nights and I was very satisfied. The location is perfect to explore Tuzla. It is right in the center and everything is just a short walk away. Room was spacious and clean, Bed was comfy. Wifi worked well and breakfast is good - even freshly made omlets are served. And they offer real Orange Juice (not the waterly one which I got in other Hotels in this region). The best is the owner, who is very kind and caring. As I unfortunatelly had some knee problems and I said I intend to visit the Museum of East Bosnia, she called the museum if it is open. It turned out, that they are closed and the phone call of the hotel's owner saved me from limping to the museum for nothing. And as my taxi for the transfer to the airport have been a bit late on departure, she offered to call the taxi driver asking him, if he is on the way. Great service.

The place is amazing .... It's been by far the best run place I've stayed in all of Bosnia 🇧🇦.... the family run hotel has the most dedicated husband and wife team. I highly recommend this place and will be back again at the end of the year. Its location is 100m from the centre of the city

Hospitality level was just amazing, from personally helping out with the parking to offering great tips about Tuzla. We had to leave before breakfast time but were still offered coffee and sandwiches for the road, a big plus. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in a solid room with super comfortable beds. And yes, it's 30m away from the pedestrian zone, so Tuzla's highlights are literally just a few steps away.

Parking is inconvenient in a narrow passage at the side of the hotel so you have to leaver keys at Reception for them to move the car.

First impressions from the street was not impressive but once in the door it was obvious that there was a homely atmosphere. The receptionist was very helpful and offered to carry my luggage to the 1st. floor where there are period character sitting areas. My bedroom was modern, small but well appointed as was the excellent bathroom. Also it was quiet and no road noise. The location was excellent close to pedestrian walking areas , bars and restaurants. A decent breakfast and the wife of the owner cooked the omelette. Nothing is too much trouble.

It was a bit cold in the evening and internet access is not good in parts of the room. There is also no lift.

The owner and her husband were great people. He took care of my son’s needs at arrival, which was late. She was extremely hospital at breakfast and it was sincere. *I crown her as the owner only because it’s BiH. 😊

We absolutely loved this little family hotel in the heart of beautiful Tuzla. The room was amazing, clean and had all the essentials and more. The bed was so comfortable that we wanted to take it with us :-). The owners were welcoming, friendly and they went out of their way to make us feel at home. We loved the breakfast as it had so many choices and it was fresh. We will definitely be back!
