Апартаменты знаходзяцца ў добрай лакацыі: адначасова і блізка да цэнтра горада, і асяроддзе ціхае і мірнае. Уладальнік быў вельмі ветлівы м акрамя звычайных паслугаў прапанаваў транзіт да аэрапорта бясплатна. Памяшканне ўладкавана вельмі прыгожы, з густам і эстэтыкай. Усе пакоі чыстыя і абсталяваны ўсім неабходным, быў нават гарбатнік, што само па сабе вялікая рэдкасць. Вельмі раю ўсім хто наведвае Тузлу спыніцца тут, суадношанне кошту і якасці неверагоднае. Добрага адпачынку ў Босне!

Location was good, property is well maintained and good measures are used to keep the place clean by the owner Ahmet who is also friendly and kind with clear communication. The room had a balcony and facilities provided in kitchen was adequate. Overall great value for the price.

Everything was really nice accommodation, as well location a specially mister Ahmed he is truly gentleman and always willing to assist you. And so overall I can give my recommendation for all road cyclists. And my verdict is 10 out of 10.

The owner is super friendly and the room was really nice, big, and spacious. There was a kitchen with all basic amenities e.g., oven, stove and cutleries. There was a balcony with a beautiful view from there as well. The owner also provided a pickup from airport for 20€. He even helped me by giving me umbrella when I wanted to go out and it was already raining and I had no umbrella with me.

I stayed at Chardak for a night and I was hosted by Ahmet who was a very hospitable and generous host. The room was extremely clean, the bed was even more comfortable than any bed at a hotel room. The room was very stylish and well-decorated and had all the amenities someone needs. I was very pleasantly surprised the moment I entered and saw the room and furnishing. I also had the kitchen at my full disposal. The bathroom was also very clean, spacious and sufficient. The host Ahmet was really a friendly guy whom you can spent a lot of time with talking about Tuzla and the history of Bosnia. He also volunteered to drive me to the airport at 3:00 AM in the morning. such a great guy really. I highly recommend Chardak for any person who wants to feel like home in Bosnia and have an experience at a real family Bosnian house. All the best to this great place :)

When I booked the room he send a message to cancel the booking, saying that he can’t accept the low price offered by booking.com and requested to re-book with little higher price. But I agreed to pay the extra 1:20 euro during the stay.

Very clean and neatly decorated rooms with all necessary facilities, good WiFi, kitchen available, The host is a friendly person and can suggest good restaurants in Tuzla. Very quite and safe location surrounded by local houses, 10 minutes walk to the bus station and ~25 minutes walk to the Tuzla old city. You can pay both in EUR or Kn.

Accomodation Is really great. Center of a town Is in walking distance and everything Is super clean and comfortable. Ahmat Is really kind and helpful person. We had a problem with our car and he helped us in the best way. I really recommend this accomodation.

Eventually it proved not possible to extend my stay. I was told at very short notice I should check-out, though the evening before I was told it was possible to stay. Attention coffee addicts! On arrival there was no coffee, though a supermarket nearby was still open (so problem solved). Not related to the Guesthouse. There is a public bus service from Dubrave Gornje at 1 km distance from the airport. However, this service is not very frequent in the evening. Taxi price from Dubrave Gornje to Tuzla is 7.5€. The Guesthouse service is a welcome option, especially if you have luggage and want to avoid dealing with the taxi driver crowd at the airport.

Room with a balcony in quiet setting. Hot shower, WiFi, kitchenfacility all worked well. The place was kept very clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Staff was friendly and eager to support. Location is close to the bus station 1 km away. The distance to the center of town is just under 2 km (walkable). Tourist info is available.

Hotel owner asked me to marry him multiple times and made me feel very uncomfortable. He asked if I was married and if I had kids. I said no. He said I should get married and have kids. He was rude to me and talked down on me, criticized the way I think and the way I live my life.

I have been traveling for many months and this is the first time that I have this unpleasant feeling of being oppressed by the host. omnipresent, he decreed a set of rules to be observed and beware if you disobey (obligation to take off your shoes and leave them at the entrance, pressure to pay upon arrival, ask me to close the blinds in my room!). I used the washing machine thinking it was available to tenants. in the evening I was freshly greeted by the host. He was very angry he made me understand that I was not in my home and that I should ask for the permission and that I had to pay! I paid! In addition, the rooms are poorly soundproofed.
