The rooms could be better equipped e.g. not sufficient hangers, no place to hang the towels in the bath, no tissues. All minor things which contribute to a better stay. Roof terrace is not equipped.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Especial thanks to the two ladies from the reception. Very good coffee at breakfast and also very helpful lady in the kitchen in case of special requests. The hotel is centrally located and perfect to explore the old town. Lot's of restaurants in walking distance and also a park with outdoor coffee.

View from the windows blocked by another hotel opposite the road. Hot water was just warm enough but not hot as would have liked it.

Good location, next to the river, close to the old town. Great breakfast, good variety of food and drinks. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels and robe. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Sometimes the communication with certain staff was difficult but it's nothing google translate can't solve when needed.

This hotel made my trip worthwhile. The staff were always on top of their job, and they are extremely nice and they treat all residents like family almost. Anything one might need help with from road trips to shuttles to help with different locations and taxis, the staff were always willing to help. The hotel was always clean and the shared dining room felt like a home. This hotel is a big recommend!

The parking was tricky. I mistook parking garage for a full size parking garage (should have checked Google images) and in reality, it was quite a tight spot in back of the hotel that took some maneuvering to get into. If we didn't have the rental car to deal with, I'd rate this hotel a bit higher due to its central location. Bed was a bit too firm for my preference.

This is a great remodeled hotel in a really good location. We enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer, including parking and a wonderful breakfast! Lots of eating places near by and a small grocery (quick mart)type store on the corner. Staff is so pleasant! They also have a roof top terrace you can walk up to and see the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel, fantastic service, very friendly staff. Everything is as in the description of the hotel, both the rooms and the parking lot. WiFi excellent. A varied breakfast. Flawless hygiene. The location is perfect, all important sights in the city can be visited on foot. All recommendations, we will be back for sure!

Unfortunately a couple of lightbulbs weren’t working and took a day to sort. Also we had to ask for the water to be hotter. Both these things were sorted cheerfully .

Fantastic breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, quiet and yet a short walk to the centre. The room was spacious with a desk and comfy sofa and also a chair. Large bathroom.
