Breakfast was neither fresh nor tasty. Sausages were covered with film, there were no fruits and good coffee. Regarding the room itself, the maintenance is poor, the ventilation shaft lid is covered with dust, the shower cabin, and sink faucet require cleaning and repair, no air conditioning.

Good location, just nearby the bus station. The price is reasonable.

Very small rooms. We could not even open our suitcase without placing it on the bed, there was absolutely no space. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. Comfy beds and nice balcony.

Cleaning of the room was not perfect: walls with marks here and there, single hair(not our) in the disinfected toilet, no single use soap and other things which I would expect from 4 star hotel. Broken trash bin in the bathroom. Balcony did not look clean at all. Swiss table was sub par, no coffee for breakfast, really? Second bed(sofa) had a bit of problems with it's design, which makes it not totally safe to use: pillows from the back protrude beyond the perimeter of the sofa when it is unfolded and it is possible to trip over them.

Excellent location near bus station and a lot of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. Double bed was comfy. Beautiful view from the balcony. Reception that changed our room to one which the balcony, because we are smokers.

Every one staff was pleasant and helpful also left one alone when appropriate.. They spoke my language (English) which makes things easy. The laundry service was quick and brilliant.

The staff was unfriendly, did not show any interest for their customer and we’re rude! The room was ok, but the bathroom was minuscule, the shower was full of mold and the shower head was damaged, the water came out everywhere, but not there were it should come out.

The bathroom is very small. There are no mosquito nets on windows.

Hotel is very good and in town center. I parked on the hotel parking and everything was in walking distance in city center. I had the most biggest and most comfortable double bed EVER! The breakfast was excellent!

For the value of money you would expect a decent hotel. Rooms have 2 TV which in our case did not work. Front desk did send someone to help and they did fix one that possessed 1 channel only. No coffee or tea is available before 7 am which for us that travel is not convenient since we wore leaving at 5:30-6 am.

Everything. The score for this hotel is fake and I think from fake accounts to up the ranks. Don’t eat in this hotel they will give you not cooked meat and bad bad eggs! If you want to be poisoned and get salmonela, you are welcome! I ask the bartender for hotel manager and in 5 days of my second stay they don’t contact me and apologise. The breakfast is for 2 star hotel, the same food everyday, cold and just few things to choose. The stuff was unpolite. And I asked the local people about this hotel and all said the same thing. The manager and the family took almost all the money to build their homes and not invest in hotel. This hotel is a maximum 3 star hotel for what it is. Avoid!
