- The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the old town, up a hill. This was nice is some ways as it was quieter but a bit far to pop back. - Only basic filter coffee included in breakfast, I think for the price the other coffee options should be provided. - The pool is lovely but if more than a couple of people are in there it feels overlooked and crowded

- Large room with great view - Quiet location, more residential - Very clean and modern bathroom - Good bedding - The pool was lovely and a nice temperature - Staff were very friendly and helpful, ordered us a local taxi - Breakfast was a good but smallish selection

For some people maybe a little far out. Lack of storage in room, no hanging room in wardrobe. No coat hooks. Breakfast ok, but limit choice (to be expected in a small hotel)

A modern hotel in a quiet residential area. Only 10 mins walk to old town, but uphill coming back! Not far from cable car. Room is large and decorated in a modern style Modern large bathroom Kettle in room was a bonus. Excellent pool which was nice and warm

Lovely property with parking only a few minutes walk from Sarajevo old town. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Lovely indoor pool to relax after sightseeing.

There were only two annoying things - the door didnt face the doorframe so the room was to lightened in the night. And second thing is some kind of alarm, that starts when somebody opens the room door without card - it keeps beeping for half an hour and it beeped every morning between six and seven all three days of our stay

Amazing location near to Baščaršija and near to cable car to Trebevic. Also very nice swimming pool with pleasantly warm water, nice and helpful staff, fine enough breakfast. Free parking place in front od the hotel

A wonderful boutique hotel nestled in a quiet neighborhood stacked with charm, from the moment you walk in to the time you left. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was large with great views from the windows, and the breakfast was perfect, and it had onsite parking.

Parking is small but hotel personnel is ready to solve any problem. They should improve TV programs.

Hotel personnel especially receptionist are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is pretty new, well equipped and maintained. Breakfast is good. Hotel has a pool. I will be back!!!

The booking com description said bidet and separate sitting area in the room. It doesn't have either. I raised this at reception when paying but not offered anything . Please could booking com check their room description for accuracy

A little hard to find, but a good location and good value for money. The room was not large, the bed was comfy but the bathroom which was spotlessly clean had a bit of a smell of drains about it. For a one night stay, it was fine, the check in staff were very pleasant and breakfast was perfectly ok.

Excellent customer service. Really clean and breakfast was decent. Parking is limited so please book early. Only a few minutes walk to the main area - Old Town and the bazaar. Room was big and spacious.

Clean and cute hotel at a great position from tourist places. The pool was clean, the rooms spacious, and quiet surroundings around the hotel. The staff = amazing lads ! All of them. Felt like a member of their family there. Greetings from 4 of us ;)

It was too hot in the room and the small window did not allow for enough air exchange to cool the room down.

The location was good and free parking was included. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was also included. Positive point - big cups for tea drinkers were available.

Great hotel, room was very clean and spacious with a pretty view, it also had the pool that was great, and it had a small sauna as well.

Hotel has parking for about 5 cars in front of the entrance. If there are too many guests with cars then you park and block other cars and leave your car key at the reception so they can repark if needed. Room was nice but had three glass windows which looked in to the bathroom. That could be a problem if you want some privacy in bathroom but it wasnt a big problem. Pool is on the ground floor, its open until 22h, its nice to go there in the evening but there isnt much to do. I would prefer a jacuzzi. There is also a small sauna which wasnt on when we got there. We turned it on but had to wait long time before it started to heat up. Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel is at great location, 5 minute walk from the city center.

The fridge didn't work & make sure you take the right route to the car park as the road is narrow at one end.

Great, clean, tidy, spacious room, comfy separate beds for the kids &.small kitchen. Lovely shower. Lovely small, cool, salt water pool where you can swim about 5 strokes before turning around. Sauna & warm bed. Towels provided. Only a 10 minute walk into town, which was perfect.
