Breakfast was miserable, especially on our second night out if two we stayed, it was Saturday morning and as it seems more of a business oriented hotel, they seemed to use the food from the day before, many essential things that were there on Friday (green salad, mozzarellas, etc.) were gone, had to ask for it. Most importantly, the hot stuff was not hot at all till 8-8:30! Are they saving energy that way? Overall, the selection and quality was even worse that Marriott's Residence Inn in Sarajevo we stayed in the other day, which is formally a four stars, not five. Toiletries provided in the room seemed strange, small and cheap. Tea and sugar was just thrown onto a tray next to the kettle. Coffee machine (which again was present in the same chain's hotel in Sarajevo) was not in the room (I admit I did not check at booking, but seemed strange for five stars it is not there), also only one mug for three people booking. Small things that would not prevent you from booking as it is still the best available hotel in the town, but which you better account for in order not to expect more than average. Sauna also was not there (again there was one in Sarajevo), and as the hotel is apparently much used by drivers-by from the EU to the Adriatic/Balkans, it could be very useful for relaxation after hours at the wheel. The restaurant looked picky and posh, but it is up to a taste.

Located near city center, and not far from the main road. Quiet, though a bit shaggy neighborhood (old ugly buildings, construction site nearby). Convenience stores and a pharmacy all are near. New building, all nice and stuff, clean and fancy, not a cheap kind of furbishment, so alright with 5 stars, especially for those grounds. Bed was very comfy, really good matress. A late check-out an hour later than normal was granted for free. Staff all nice and helpful. Very clean all around. Gym looked nice but did not use that. Bar has lots of high quality local wines. Parking was free with enough lots, you can use a garage for a fee.

The breakfast room was a bit messy. Area was crowded, tables not promptly cleaned, it affected the overall experience. I expressed my concerns, hoping for improvements in the future. Additionally, there were some minor maintenance issues in the room, such as doors that didn't close properly and for example a loose hanger in the bathroom, etc.

The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The comfy beds, clean rooms and convenient location added to the positive experience.

We were a little disappointed by breakfast, but it was ok.

It was nice, the night manager was very friendly and helpful eventhough we arrived very late. We had a nice time and would come again. Thank you!

At breakfast area it is very busy and crowded in the morning Compared to other Marriott hotels breakfast is OK but nothing spectacular The smoking area door is right next to the breakfast area so the smoke gets in

The staff in the restaurant are quite disinterested and poorly organised, so if it happens that one group has finished their shift none of the new group even comes to you until you call yourself and mention that you are waiting for food!
