Room lighting is quite dark and could do with more powerful bulbs. However honestly everything else was so perfect that we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

I travel quite often for work and this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was excellent, abundant choices and absolutely delicious. Staff were friendly, helpful and the location was convenient as it was only a 10 minute walk from the main strip in Sarajevo. I would absolutely love to stay here again.

A perfect stay! The hotel is located in an excellent central location - quiet and perfect for walking around Sarajevo as a base. The facilities were wonderful, the staff went above and beyond and the room was huge, modern, spacious and welcoming.

Everything was fine here! :D Very big, nicely furnished and clean room, beautiful and big bathroom and very good bed and also good breakfast! Friendly staff, secure parking at the courtyard of the house and WiFi worked very well.

The hotel was perfectly located 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Our room was lovely & comfortable and immaculately clean, as was the hotel generally. Breakfast was excellent too with a great choice available. We also loved the rooftop terrace, which was a lovely area to unwind after a full days sightseeing!

Everything was just great - we got room upgrade, parking reservation and nice little touch was a personal welcoming note wishing us welcome back to this hotel in which we always stay when in Sarajevo. Breakfast is really good with many options and I particularly liked their tea selection and juice machine:)

Absolutely Nothing.

The location was perfect. It was situated in a quiet street and Easy walk to the Old Town. Hotel appeared new and room was spacious and clean. Car park easily accessible from the first floor just behind the hotel. Breakfast had a good range of food. The staff at reception were very friendly. Special thanks to Mirsa who helped us resolve the issue with our blocked credit cards. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel surpassed my expectations. Great location, all attractions are within walking distance. Friendly staff always ready to help. The airport transfer service was excellently organized (welcomed with a gift). In the room, there was a welcoming postcard (I recommend having postcards with city views - guests will appreciate them). The breakfast was very good and diverse. Spacious room and impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommend staying here if in Sarajevo.
