The facility is in line with the price and number of stars. Good pool with warm water. Friendly staff. Breakfast has a smaller selection, but everything is tasty and in its place

9/10 only because there were no Q - tips im the bathroom and nowhere to put towel for handwash, and you can see it is an old hotel, but they work on it to make it as new amd modern as possible

Loved the high floor, the view on Vilsonovo, the bed, the bathroom, spa, gym, everything so nice and soo clean, and the staff super-polite! Breakfast was yummy, too.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, room service breakfast was lazy and not as described, the gym room left a lot to be desired. No big deal.

The staff were fantastic and friendly. The room was great and had a lovely view. The restaurant and cafe were great, but shouldn't be shy to serve traditional food. The pool and steam room were a treat. The location was great, right next to the river, great for evening walks. We enjoyed our short stay and felt refreshed after our stay.

The only let down for us was the pillows. They were extremely soft and it felt like we were laying directly onto the mattress.

Great location, fantastic view from our room of the town and the river. The lift was different but great too, dialling the floor and then the lift telling you which one to take and going straight up was fantastic, no stopping on other floors. The staff were great. The room was bigger than I thought and the bathroom was pretty much the same size as the main room. Largest I'd stayed in on any city break I've done. All very clean. On checkout, my husband and I decided we were going to get a taxi instead of the bus, to the airport. I asked where we can walk to but the receptionist ordered it instead, which was brilliant, especially after 4 days of walking. We will be back in the future and will look at staying here again.

We didn’t realise it was a dry hotel. This wasn’t a problem but would have been nice to know.

The location is great for especially if you have a car as it’s close to the old town but outside of the main congestion. The facilitate great especially the Spa which was a great way to unwind after a busy day. The staff were lovely and friendly and helped make our stay special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choice and very accommodating, but the cakes and pastries in the cafe were delicious, much better than in the old town and apparently nearly as good as my husband’s mother’s!!

The breakfast was OK, no car parking. And the carpet of the room wasn't vacuumed so if you want to pray you will have to place something down, but everything else was clean.

The comfort of the room, the bed and the bathroom is exceptionally good and spacious.
