Bazen I spa usluge su zakazale,djakuzi nije topao,vise hladan,bazen I djakuzi trebaju popravke,zastarjelo, Parna soba nije radila...ali maser I kolege su zaista bile jako dobre I usluzne. U restoranu dorucak I hrana su bili dobri ali nije bilo svedskog stola.....nasa soba iako je bila jedna od ljepsih sa pogledom na skakaonu,je bila jako hladna ali su nam donijeli grijalicu I radnici na odrzavanju su nam izasli u susret odmah oko toilet I grijanja,znaci sve ovo je za pohvalu. Nakraju cijena boravka je bila prilicno velika sobzirom na nedostatke,dobili smo poklon Plata voca,za nasu godisnjicu,,zasto smo zahvalni. Otisli smo sa nadom da ce nase pozitivne sugestije I kritike uciniti da se vratimo u vrijema snijega I da nedostataka nebude🤩🙃

Hotel je na predivnom mjestu,ambient prekrasan,osoblje divno,posebno maser Edo,sobarica Merjema,menadjerica Emina konobari majstori...uigrana ekipa koja zna svoj posao I veoma usluzni. Zasluzuju pohvale jer su se trudili da "ublaze" nedostatke kojih je bilo ali treba dati sansu da ovaj novi TIM dokaze svoje sposobnosti I svojim trudom opravdaju 5 zvjezdica koje to sada zaista nisu. Ali vjerujem da ce se oni dokazati jer ovu ljepotu prirode ambient zraka itd.. nema ni u Svicarskoj...hehe Vlasic je Bosanska Svicarska🙂

It seemed as if it did not deserve five stars. The service is slow. There is only one employee, who is the receptionist. The breakfast is not good for me. It did not provide items such as a five-star hotel.

The fact that they give you a minibar full of drinks but you have to pay for it when you check out! They don't tell you that at reception. Every hotel I have been to,minibar was free but this one NO! In our room, the toilet was crooked. Pool was dirty, jacuzzy was cold,floor is very slippery be careful. Only working sauna was Finish sauna, no staff at entrance,other saunas were cold and no one to turn them on. 3 stars for this hotel.

The sauna was good, food is excellent 10/10. Room was good. The view was fantastic and the outside too! A lot to see and do.

The hygiene of the room was not at the highest level. Breakfast is fantastic if you come early in the morning at 7 o'clock. At 09 am there are no supplies. The hotel was full, so we got only one room key. The supply of toilet paper in the room was low.

The location was perfect. The size of the room is huge. Hotel stuff removed the snow from the cars.

They don’t provide water bottles and when I ask for water they told me to pay which is really not normal compared to other hotels worldwide. In addition, the water in swinming pool and jacuzzi is ver cold

There is no decent ski room. The swimming pool is too small and the water was not clean. The hitting is hard to regulate.

It is great location, and the room had a great view. The stuff is friendly, massage is definitely worth taking.

Although I got the one bedroom apartment the bathroom room was old taps and bathtub was aged need renovation...I had to ask twice for room service to provide items to the room. Room heating need to improve .. I ask for double bed and I found twin bed attached to each other & in checkout I had to carry my luggage by myself after no response from reception.

Food - avoid eating here. Food is overpriced and quality of food preparation is poor.

Rooms are amazing, very clean and more than a decent size. Beds are comfortable and noise isolation is decent.

- The way to the hotel is very long and hard to get to, but the view is worth it - The levelling of the hotel is a bit off, some rooms are multi-levelled and you have to go through some stairs even with using the elevator. - restaurants and most places around the hotel were all closed during our stay in July so we had to go a long way down the mountain to get to those shops. - no water hose for cleaning in the toilet (this is very important) - overall it does not feel like a 5 star hotel (more of a 4 star) the variety of food was limited in the breakfast

- The staff were very helpful and cooperative during our stay and they were very friendly. - The scenery and view all around the hotel was very very beautiful - The weather in that area around the mountain in july was great alongside the scenery

The closet door was broken - not impressed for a 5 star hotel the “king” bed I reserved was not a king but 2 singles put together and because of that we were not comfortable sleeping - the line in between was hurting my back - again, for a 5 star not to have a king bed , is disappointing tv only had 19 channels with mostly discovery channels- none of the movie channels- again for a 5 star- disappointed - not a smart tv the jacuzzi did not have hot water- it was the same temperature as the pool …. not cool for a jacuzzi. The pool was at my shoulder length …. again for a 5 star, I expected deeper pool The front door staff looked like they were new and did not know or care much to help resolve these issues for guests even after I notified them about the bed and the closet door ( I could barely open it to get the house coat out).

Room was in need of repairs, many cases of old leaks that were never "coverd up after fixing", many small things that are broken/missing, for example in bathtub there are things in need of repairs (nozzels), carpet was torn in places, and so on. Would expect more from a 5* hotel. Staff was mostly nice, one of waiters was a bit "pushy" with the amount of tips he was getting, once i forgot cash in the room and after i paid with card he was slightly rude. Breakfast was decent, but from location i would expect to eat more of local food. Every house around the hotel is selling honey, yet hotel is offering some cheap fake honey full of sugar packed in plastic... I could go on with it. Pool was there, nothing special. Jacuzzi was more of a massage pool then jacuzzi, water in it was cold and half of the nozzels didn't work. Saunas were turend off, and most of the time you couldn't find a person that could help you with that. All though they offer massage, that also wasn't available. (Reminder they claim it's a SPA) I understand we stayed at the hotel outside the "main" turist season, but still we are talking about 5* hotel. On the last day at check out we had one more "surprise" even though i paid my stay in advance, at check out they wanted to charge me for another 70 some €, beacuse they changed the price of room during my stay. After 30 to 45 minutes of explaining and proving that my stay was fully paid in advance (exept for town turist tax which i was planing to pay) they returned my documents (which they held from the moment i checked in) and let me leav, which we were more than happy to do at that point. All around i would say that nature of Vlašić is amazing and worth visiting but i would not recommend this hotel for your stay. The price we paid was "fair" but only beacuse it was "cheap" at the time.

Beautiful nature all around, relaxing and a lot of great things to see, good food, outside the hotel.
