All was good.

Food is amazing, apartment was huge, stylish, everything super fancy, relaxing and pleasant (even some super relaxing music in the corridors and the smell coming from the spa.

The mattress was not so comfortable and was worn out.

We reserved our room with half board service. They had exceptional food, with a huge variety of meals to choose from. It was a great value for the money as the food is quite expensive in the local restaurants.

Nothing really everything was ok

The property is good rooms are nice with mountain balcony views, good size rooms with the normal expected things to find in your hotel room, it’s close to the ski lifts across the road in fact, the hotel has 3 bar areas, and they all server food. Breakfast and evening meal was included with my stay and was all good,

The only negatives were related either to top management or the owners. We weren't allowed 2 room keys, instead they asked the key be left at the desk. I assume due to all the expenses for adding additional apartments, maintenance on the facility has been deferred--exterior wooden structures are peeling and some carpets should have been replaced. Going to the basement level spa, there was a horrible sewage smell that extended to the jacuzzi area. And for financial or economic reasons, the long corridors leading to the spa were dark, only after you stepped into the darkness did the sensors turn the lights on. It was very uncomfortable and brought back images of the Overlook in The Shining. Also, I was shocked to discover when I went to take a shower one night after midnight that there was no hot water! Despite that, I do recommend the hotel and will come back.

I was a business traveler for many years, and the staff (front desk, restaurant manager and staff, and maids) and restaurant were excellent, the very best! The room was pretty and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very clean. All that was perfect. There is a lot of new construction going on (I counted 6 cranes), but we were never bothered by noise, and I am sensitive to that. They had a number of sports camps for kids, but they were all better behaved than any groups at any hotel ever. I have never had better tasting food at a hotel in my life (and I'm very fussy about food). It was even better than at some top rated restaurants in Sarajevo.

The facility not having AC unit is a big minus. The windows do not have net so having the window open allows bugs to come in if you want to cool your room. Also, Smoking in restaurants is something that we don’t like as in North America it is not allowed and now having smoke during dinner is kind of disgusting. However, that is common in former Yugslavia.

Did not have breakfast. However , menu for dinner is good, and palacinke were amazing. The staff and waitress was amazing. They really tried to make the stay the best.

We were really cold the majority of time. Our room was heated only in the morning and briefly in the afternoon, and there was no way to regulate individually the temperature. even the spa and some other common areas were chilly.

We had a romantic package with spa and massage included and breakfast and dinner. The dinner was great but the breakfast wasn't as versatile as in the previous years, still it was ok. The room was really nice, and we even had the balcony. The massage was amazing.

We made it at the end of the season (April), but weather was still great for skiing. There weren't many people and some facilities were closed for the season, like the kids: club, but the hotel helped find a babysitter, as well as an excellent ski instructor. The spa was better than expected, with a great massage and really hot Finish sauna.

after I booked apartment, on same day I could not cancel booking on arrival find incompetent, receptionist and rude 1 booked apartment with kitchen and was forced to take half pension for all five of as terms were not clear however they forced us to pay for all They parked car on open parking even if garage was included in price quality of food for breakfast and dinner declined from last year if you don't arrived first on breakfast, you don't find orange and you are waiting for food to be brought. Just after complaining, we received the towel and the soap and other things for toiletries were under quality of hotel rating

The hotel building, staff and location was nice. The room and beds were comfortable, Spa& Wellness also good. Perfect for a nice relaxing trip.

Great location. Easy to get on slopes. Fast check in and lift boys are great and helpful. All other staff have to be more polite.

No direct connection to the ski slopes, you have to walk in ski boots and cross the road. Wellnes could be better.

Very spacious and bright appartment. Good heating, in the middle of winter very warm everywhere in the hotel.. Kind staff in restaurant and bar with live music every evening.

Location is great, close to gondola Poljice. It is an upscale hotel with a nice winebar. The rooms are very spacious. I would highly recommend.
