Superb location in old town within strolling distance of all restaurants, market, bridge. Lovely homely hotel, traditional architecture. Evening meal on arrival was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with many local cheeses and hot options. Our room was excellent with triple aspect and two balconies!

When I arrived the hotel, we found my car’s and remote key’s battery couldn’t work. Through your staffs many times contacted with repair man, and he figured out the issue, finally we can carry on our journey on schedule. Thanks a lot for your help.

the receptionist and all of the staff was great! the location is awesome, just 3 minutes to the mostar bridge. breakfast was nice and has a wide variety, too. ( there is no çay for turkish people:( ) in general I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

The property is super close to the old bridge.FREE parking which is a major plus. The room was very clean, breakfast was tasty. We will definitely be back again to this property. The ladies at the desk were so polite We love Mostar ❤️

The quilt was not big enough for the bed

The staff were very friendly. It was a quaint room with traditional furnishings. Located very close to the old Town and bridges in one direction and part of the modern city in the opposite direction.

I was able to park in the hotel's own yard. It was perfect. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. The old bridge is right near the hotel, and there are many restaurants in the old town area. The breakfast is excellent. I very enjoyed to live there. The place is so beautiful. Thank you for all!

We were upgraded to a family room. While the rooms themselves are unremarkable, ours came with an outdoor terrace facing Old Town. We loved sitting outside. The beds were fine, breakfast was nice, underground parking. In terms of location, this is the perfect place to stay.

The hot water ran out half way through the second shower.

The location, being a short walk to the Bridge, was excellent as was the on site parking. Our room was quite roomy with a terrace and lovely city, river and mountain views. The breakfast was a basic continental style breakfast with a couple of hot egg dishes. Filter coffee was free but specially made coffees incurred a charge. The staff were really lovely - very helpful and friendly.
