Choice for breakfast for indians were strange like Rice and Dal Makhani....Ha Ha Ha.... Could have better choices like Chhole Bhature, Puri Bhaji...... Ha Ha Ha Jokes apart.... Breakfast could have been little better however I believe the hotel is trying their best to meet the expectations of guests from different countries.

Excellent location near Nisami street where you have easy access to multiple city attractions. I travelled with two kids and room was excellent and quite spacious. Staff was really helpful to ensure comfortable stay.

I asked for non smoking room, however, the room still had a scent of cigarettes stuck to the furniture. Breakfast needs more options that fits different tases and cuisine

Excellent location within few minutes to Nizami Street where you will find plenty of restaurants coffee shops, money exchange. Also, Winter Park is within few minutes walk . Old City is also within 15 minutes walk or so.

The carpet on the floor a bit outdated. As understood there are rebranding of the hotel is ongoing and hopefully the lobby will be re- arranged

The hotel is located in old part of the city in 10 min walking distance from the Nizami street where you can find many shops and restaurants. We satisfied with our 4 nights stay there. The view from the room to the city (Winter park) and to the Caspian sea were very good add to my desk during online work from the room. Btw, Internet traffic was good. The room is fully equipped with tea/coffee/bottled water. The rob with disposable slippers, the pot and caps were available as well. Especially I liked the spacious big comfy bed. The sfaff was helpful and friendly and always respond to our calls/ questions. Btw we have gotten an upgrade and stayed in deluxe room.

We had a night flight, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning. After a short wait the room was available and we could also have breakfast. On the second evening, there was fruit waiting for us in the room. There was a kettle for making coffee/tea in the room. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel wifi worked very well.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spotless and the view was great. The location of the hotel was great given that it is really close to the city center and everything you may need will be near you. All in all would comeback again and book the same hotel

Staff, Xonal i think was her name who checked us in. She was very friendly and patient to check and enter all our details. we had booked 5 rooms. she even upgraded our rooms to spacious ones for the children. I hope these staff will remain when movenpick takes over. i saw some works going on. Ali also helped us with the luggage. The supervisor nigar also was in touch by watsap for any questions.
