This property requires a lot of maintance. Some facilities are old and are in not very good state. Once again, overall marks are high because of value for money, and we had great time staying here.

For its price this property is great. Villa is huge and has good facilities for a comfortable stay. The owner is very friendly and took good care of us.

Stayed here for a night. The hosts were receptive and flexible. Pretty garden as soon as you enter. Spacious rooms. We used the kitchen to cook very comfortably. Nice view of the garden from the kitchen. Ample parking space. Thanks!

- The hosts are super nice but unfortunately they don't speak English. Thankfully I had a tour guide who translated everything. If you don't have a tour guide with you, please be ready with a google translator. - The water was so cold and the heater was not working in the showers. However, we communicated this issue and I am sure they have solved it.

That place was amazing!!! Full villa for this amount! It was at a great value and the place exceeded my expectations. - The rooms were SUPER clean! - The place is huge (could easily fit 5 or 6 people comfortably) - They provided clean towels in every room, blankets and clean sheets. You are also provided with multiple duvets for each room. - The WiFi was very strong - The kitchen has all amenities you need to do a proper meal or just have coffee or tea.

Great location. Good facilities. Spacious, but cozy. Superhosts! They gave us two packs of khoorma and nuts when we were checking out. Highly recommended for families and group of friends!

There was no air conditioners in 2rooms. Property is old... Washrooms were not that clean.. Some bad smell...

Utensils was there but not cleaned properly so couldn't use for tea and mattress was little hard so that can be changed.

Villa is inside the residential area and we took little time to find out bcz there is no proper Sign board but this was so quite and clean as we had seen in photos. We stayed one night and can extend the stay because new property and worthy to spend money on this.

Matress, billow, one air condition only in the living room, other 3 rooms and the kitchen do not have AC. But, honistly when we changed the degree of the AC cooling temperature, the whole floor turned to coldness. The curtains are thin and do not cover sunlight if u need to sleep until late morning. The front yard is still not completed, i guess it is on the plan to be done as a nice garden, although few fruit trees are alredy grown.

This is a hous of 2 levels where the rental space is at the upper level with stairs to go up. It has been just reinovated and I happend to be the first guest to be received. There are 3 bedrooms+ living room + 2 toilets/bathrooms + equiped kitchen. The space is big enough to acommodate a family or a group. The host is a Azerbaijani couple at old age and they live in the ground floor of the samehouse while the upper floor is let for vacational rental. The host are peaceful helpful and friendly. The floor is Clean. Correct picturrs as displayed in booking website. Correct distance as mentioned in booking. Quite and safe neighborhood. Very good wifi U need to have a car to get groceris from the city center. Otherwise, get all u need before going to the place.
