Everything was great, really!

The staff is great. They speak English and they contacted me directly after I booked. Mr. Murad, Mr. Nariman and Mr. Ibrahim were all genuinely friendly, real people with the willing to help. I enjoyed my stay. You'll get more than what you paid for at this hotel. Don't over think it, book it now. It's in the top of the old city, and the roof top overseas Baku and the Twin Flame towers. Also the sea. All in all I will definitely make this the hotel I always choose when I come to Baku. Thank you everyone.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was clean and beautiful, and the rooms were very colorful and cozy. The staff was very helpful with our heavy luggage and helped carry it to the taxi, even though it wasn't very close to the hotel. The rooms had all the necessary things, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially liked the attention to details, like the disposable shoe polish. Thank you to the hotel management for such great service and care for the guests!

The hotel is not big so there are no many options for choosing the room, view, or type of beds.

A minor point: it would be nice if the sheets they used when they push 2 single beds together to make a double were big enough. They don't tuck in at the sides, so you end up.sleeping on the mattress at times instead of on the sheet.

Absolutely terrific place right in the old city. Communication on WhatsApp beforehand was excellent, and from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the staff on reception were amazing. Incredibly helpful, friendly and polite and spoke good English. The room was comfy and beautifully decorated. Even the toilet was attractive. ;) Great crockery and cutlery in the kitchen area. Terrific view from the rooftop of the Flame Towers and coastal area. The taxi they arranged to take me to the airport was super punctual, and the driver helped me to the car with my bags as a taxi can't stop beside the hotel.

They do not have a breakfast room but instead offer breakfast at an off-site restaurant. I like when there is a breakfast room in the hotel because then it gives you a chance to meet other travelers. However, I believe they are rebuilding the breakfast room and one may open in the future.

Very kind staff, extremely clean rooms and high-quality warm showers. The location is also great – a few minutes walk from the metro station, in the heart of İçərişəhər. There is a very good view of Baku from the hotel rooftop.

Nestled within the historic walls of Baku's old city, this hotel is a gem for tourists, offering easy access to prime locations and attractions. While the traditional Azerbaijani/Turkish interiors may not immediately appeal to everyone, their cleanliness and spaciousness quickly win you over. The rooms are bathed in natural light during the day and have a romantically dim atmosphere at night, perfect for those seeking a cozy vibe. Located in an old city alleyway, reaching the hotel requires a short climb up some steps as cars can't access the door directly. However, the staff's prompt assistance, even meeting us at the nearby vine shop named the Hillside to help with our bags, impressed us greatly. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding hospitality and responsiveness of the staff. They exceeded our expectations by assisting with various requests, from carrying bags upon arrival to accompanying us to a nearby bank for currency exchange. Though we had to pay a fee for early check-in (half of the day cost), the convenience of securing a room upon our early arrival made it worthwhile. Overall, our stay felt like being at home – the rooms were spotless, amenities replenished daily, and unlimited coffee and tea provided. In addition, it's worth noting that breakfast is not included at the hotel. However, guests have the option to enjoy breakfast for 15 manat per person at the nearby upscale restaurant, The Terrace, which boasts a beautiful city view. Furthermore, the hotel's own terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and the Caspian Sea, providing guests with a stunning backdrop to complement their stay. Exploring Baku's old city on foot is a delight, Each step is rewarded with the charm of the surroundings, making it a memorable experience.

One of the best hotel experiences in my life! The hotel is gorgeous! Located in the heart of the Old Town, close by a short walk to all touristic attractions. Rooms are spacious and beautiful, perfectly designed! The staff is so nice and truly welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. Beyond all expectations and really beautiful! Also the view from the rooftop is a very nice bonus to a perfect stay!

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was huge and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout the whole stay and the location is the old town is very good. So easy to walk around and see the main sites. Would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is very much cozy, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Importantly, mattress was great! The breakfast was good and surprisingly served in one of the most well known restaurants “Terrace 145”. Good value/cost rate, indeed recommended.

The elevator is a bit noisy and I could hear it from my room, but it didn’t impact my sleep at all. I wish I had stayed longer.
