Some areas of improvement - 1) The pool area wasnt the best and requires a better filtration system to keep the water clean, 2) The breakfast was very average with no fresh juices available. All juices were canned / packaged. No toaster as well. very few vegetarian options. An Indian Chef would be very convenient for both the hotel as well as the guests. Overall a great stay and def visit soon.

One of the finest hotels in Gabala. We had a wonderful stay here and most of the staff are nice and courteous. Mr. Emil took great care of us and overall the team did a fantastic job to make our stay memorable.

The shower holder was broken. The building which has the bowling alleys did not have any mention of ‘bowling’ on it so we were lost for several minutes while trying to find it.

Location was peaceful. We stayed in a one bedroom villa which was very comfortable and kept warm by heaters. Staff was nice. Value for money is good.

1. The pool temperature was set at 28 degrees which was a little colder. Should set at 35 degrees to make it warmer. 2. Breakfast should be improved with more hot meal options. 3. Fireplace should work at all time in villas.

We stayed at their Royal Suite (King Suite) and it is hands down one of the best rooms in all of Gabala. It was a massive 2500+ sq.ft suite with all modern amenities, a private lift and a private sauna. We stayed with our 16 months old daughter, and the stay couldn't have been better.

I booked this hotel looking at the photos of the rooms which look's quiet spacious. But when I checked in they were small and very compacts. They said that these were newly constructed.

My stay at Qafqaz Riverside Hotel was exceptional. Nestled in Gabala's stunning scenery, the hotel offers luxurious accommodations with breathtaking views of the river. The dining experience was top-notch, and the facilities, including the indoor pool was fantastic. It’s not exactly about the property, as we like it, just a suggestion for the future to liaise with some tour agencies and offer some program to the guests.

Well maintained star property with all amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a good panoramic view of Gabala Town. The staff are very hospitable and courteous. Overall we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at this property, and would recommend to anyone visiting Gabala.
