Only downside is that it's allowed to smoke inside of the hotel. It didn't bother us.

The rooms and bathrooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. The location was good for us, as it's easy and inexpensive to get a taxi to the centre. I stayed extra days with friends. The staff were kind and friendly. There were spacious public areas to sit in with friends. It's a small hotel, which comes with pluses and minuses. There isn't breakfast ready unless you make arrangements the night before or sometime in the morning, but is totally worth the 5 manat. Very tasty! They prefer cash as a payment. It's helpful to have local currency anyway, which avoids any potential foreign credit card issues (I ran into these in numerous places in the city as a Western tourist).

Nothing! Everything was perfect. If I could only give more than 10 stars, I would really be happy as the hotel deserves it.

EVERYTHING! The hotel was super clean and looks very new. The big garden is a plus factor. Room was big and cosy. People running the hotel were extremely nice and helpful, especially Elvin. You will feel it's ur home for being so comfortable there. We also forgot some items after the checkout and they messaged us. What a kind gesture!

I stayed for 8 nights and I really enjoyed my stay. The room is very big, free tea and coffee is provided, lots of storage, a mirror and there is also a mini fridge in the room for additional drinks. It is like being at home. The big national go-to supermarket is 30 seconds across the road. There is a bus-stop two minutes from the hotel that will take you to the city center in 15 minutes (Number 31) and (Number 29) to the international bus station. A TV is provided in the room opposite the bed so you can relax watching TV in bed. The bathroom is spacious and free toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower gel and shampoo is provided, also slippers, lots of towels and a hairdyer. A telephone in the room to call reception for room service if needed. The price is unbeatable. My favorite part was the free breakfast every morning which kept me satisfied for at least 5 hours afterwards allowing me to explore Baku at the start of the day.

I stayed for 3 nights here and my stay was exceptional. The breakfast is huge and very tasty. They have a lovely garden where you can have your breakfast. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also nice. The location is approx 15 min from the center, I used Bolt to get around the city and it was very convenient. The main street is also nearby. It is very safe and I would love to stay here again.

Everything was perfect.Friendly and helpful owners. Slightly off the centre so it’s best if you have your own car but still not a big issue. parking for few cars available. very quiet area. My room was spacious and clean. breakfast served in the garden makes it a perfect lazy start of the day… and 2 beautiful cats roam around the property. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing to complain about

Stayed in family room for 3 nights. Rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. Beds were comfortable. Was worried about the distance from old town. I used BOLT app to book taxi to travel around and found it to be cheap and efficient. Also, parking is available within the hotel compound.
