It was incredible! Staff was amazing especially Sami the Maitre D'Hotel and Soleymani the Executive Chef! They were attentive, and treated us like important guests! They surprised me on my birthday with champagne , a card, and a gift!! The array of food at the breakfast buffet was impressive! They even made hummus for me! I have never been treated so well!! Their room rates are very reasonable too!!

The arrangement made by booking dot com for pick up taxi. Really unhappy because the driver arrived and went his own after waiting of 30 mints. I had paid 40 manat for taxi from airport to hotel. Due to bad experience from booking dot com, I will not made any booking in future through booking dot com

Staff are so lovely and helpful. Rooms are really spacious & clean. Special thanks to Firuz from front desk she did amazing job in helping us planning the day when our tour guide didn't show up. She is so passionate about her work, and very professional.

Breakfast is average quality. Our friendly opinion, offer less choices but fresh, instead of so many but not so fresh.

My stay at Midtown Hotel was truly outstanding, and a huge shoutout to the incredibly warm and welcoming Firuza, Samir at reception for the great welcoming too and the culinary skills of Samir and Ruslan also contributed to the excellence of my stay as all the team played a key role in making my experience memorable. From smooth check-in to the delicious breakfast, every detail exceeded expectations. One of the most beautiful hotels that I have visited! It’s 4 starts hotel but the overall quality like 5 stars I took this hotel for 3 nights and it was so nice. I would like to thank the staff specially mr Samir and his friends in the reception. In last day it was my wife birthday and I asked them to give me something they made a nice celebration at the breakfast. Mr samir in the restaurant and his lovely friends done by I would like to thank them all. I advise anyone going to Baku to stay in this nice hotel even for one night to see and judge. Location and hospitality

This hotel is providing five star services for the customer starting from the arrival date last minute. The hotel management and the serving stuff are friendly and welcoming . The Apartment I booked was served with all facilities required to satisfied the entire family. The isolation in the room are super, heater was working perfectly. The beds and bedsheets are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was provided with variety of choices, which suit different nationality. “Samir”and his boys try to make everyone satisfied and serve everything they need . There is supermarket open for 24 hours nearby just two minutes walking.

A few small things: Smoking was allowed (or at least tolerated) in the spa, which was somewhat unfortunate given how great it was otherwise. There were no black-out curtains, which combined with the fact that the lights in the corridor didn't have a timer and were sometimes left on by whoever was there last sometimes disrupted our sleep. I think either having black out curtains or making sure the lights are turned off automatically should easily solve this problem. Even though the rooms were well insulated from each other, they were not as well insulated from each other. So if you get a rowdy neighbour your sleep could get disrupted. We stayed in the hotel for almost two weeks and experienced both rowdier and quieter neighbours, so it was luck of the draw every night.

The staff were impeccably polite and helpful, led by amazing and amazingly efficient Samir. They greeted us like family every morning for breakfast, cut us a nice plate of fruit every day, and even brought us a cake for new year's eve (see pictures)! The rooms were comfortable and tastefully designed and decorated, with high ceilings that made them feel even larger than they were. The beds were among the most comfortable I have ever experienced. The hotel was impeccably clean as well. I enjoyed going to the well attended and well kept Finnish Sauna and the steam room every day. Even though the hotel was by a major road the rooms were pretty insulated from outside, we never heard or felt any of the traffic outside.
