The outdoor pool was not in use; it was empty of water. The sauna and steam room were cold initially; staff had to be called to increase the temperature (although the ladies working in the spa were lovely).

Narmin, who welcomed us to the hotel, was so kind and accommodating. The room was beautiful, as was the view from the balcony. Dinner at the hotel was delicious and the breakfast buffet the next morning was fabulous. The games room was really fun.

If you are staying during holiday season, be sure to go for the breakfast early, because the seats are taken too fast, you might have to wait in line to get in.

The Hotel staff the very friendly. Even before the chek-in I was contacted by the hotel staff and given details about how we can get there, where we can stop for coffee on the road etc. They were attentive during the whole stay asking if tehre was any issue.

Great hotel. Everything was awesome. Lots of activities for kids. The landscape around the hotel is beautiful. Overall we had a very nice and pleasant stay. Internet worked great. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Azerbaijan. Food was tasty. Staff was very helping and polite.

For guest information: I was given room on the 6th floor, their balcony shorter than all other floors, it's fine but be cearfully, add notes when you book. Also balcony light can not be switched on. Gym, unfortunately it's very hot, AC is off, difficult to enter on daytime, recommend after sunset. Asked to start the AC, I was told it will be started later days but could be started. Parking is not too close, although there is driver. QR menu misleading with actual menu, actual little bit more expensive at national restaurant.

Good location for rest, comfortable and clean. Cot was placed beforehand. Breakfast, open buffet with a variety of local and continental food and sweets very delicious with more variety. Thanks all. Specially great thanks to Gafur for his attitude, for gifts, discounts, being helpful and respectful. I would be happy to meet to such a employee in every hotel. Thanks a lot!

A little bit far from the main town. Still easily accessible by taxi but something worth noting if planning to walk into the town in the evenings.

They must provide shuttles to go around in the property which i think is available but was not available when i was staying.

The location of the property is very nice as it has a superb view and the location is very accessible as well. Its also very close to the albanian church kish. The staff is friendly and someone regularly took updates from me on whatsapp during my stay to check if i need anything. This type of service i experienced for the first time. The spa is reasonable and offers a lot of services there is a fully operational gaming room as well with lots of activities. The indoor heated swimming pool is also awesome. The rooms are also big and with balcony and a massive washroom. There are restaurants and shops here too. Definitely this property is a 10/10

Stayed for 2 nights with my sons (9 and 13). Loved the hotel and facilities. A lot of activities and entertainment for kids. Booked a standard twin room, which is large enough even with an extra bed. Open buffet breakfast with a variety of local and continental food options till 11.30, super convenient. Hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Gafur from Guest Relations!
