Location was great for me because of my flight early in the morning. The hotel is literally opposite of the airport. But it would be too far from city center for others.

Great hotel close to the airport. Free shuttle, although it would have been possible to walk. Big and beautifully decorated room, everything was absolutely perfect. I have not tried breakfast and spa, but I am quite sure that they should be great too.

The lobby is undergoing renovations and the main restaurant was closed but that's no big deal. The mac and cheese wasn't perfect, but the rest of the food was good.

Wonderful hotel within walking distance from the airport. We were upgraded room category for free and the room turned out to be simply gorgeous. Excellent sound insulation despite the proximity to the airport. The room was clean, mattress was comfortable, big bed and blanket about 3 meters. Everything was nice.

Do not forget that the hotel is near the airport, and you will hear the planes. But not loudly.

Very convenient for those who need to stay for one night between flights. Large rooms, comfortable mattresses. The restaurant is delicious. Free shuttle service from the airport and back 24 hours a day.

My visit to the “Fly inn” exceeded all my expectations! They provided me with a free transfer from and to the airport and helped me with my heavy suitcases. All the staff at the hotel are very responsive, the hotel has excellent service, this is very rare and important these days! Restaurant manager Yana is simply a magnificent and very friendly lady, she showed great care for me and my children! the “Fly inn” hotel is definitely the place you want to return to! thank you very much for the pleasant experience.

Renovations going on in the lobby, but to minor effect.

For an airport hotel, this is top tier. They picked me up curbside from my flight at 1 am, and my room was perfect with huge windows and all the amenities.

It is not my first stay in the Fly Inn Hotel. It is situated close to the International airport, complimentary transfer from and to the airport is available. Very good service, comfortable and clean rooms. I would recommend this hotel for stay in Baku.

We ordered a in-room dining and the food wasn’t hot . Pizza we ordered was still ok and kids enjoyed it but I ordered a risotto with some beef and it really disappointed me. Shuttle service took 30min to arrive, and after a 10 hour journey with two kids it was really frustrating. There was a number we should call - but my phone wouldn’t work, so I had to ask Information desk at the airport. So I suggest the hotel creates a WhatsApp service for the guests like all modern hotels have, which wouldn’t enable people to contact them easily using the WiFi in the airport. The information about how to find thr shuttle should be sent to all the guests prior to their arrival and they can also ask about flight numbers so they can plan the shuttle services accordingly, if it’s not as regular as I thought it was.

Excellent location for a transit travellers. Easy to get with a shuttle service. Check in and check out is very quick. We have been given a larger room which made my stay with two little children super comfortable. The room had all the essentials and toiletries, very clean. The bed was comfortable, we slept very well. And the view from the rooms onto the airport was just amazing! Breakfast was great too, lots of choice and again wonderful service.

Joint rooms (those which have a connecting door to the neighbour room) are not sound proof at all. Could hear every word of neighbours' casual conversations.

Close proximity to the airport (though a short stroll away fero the airport, free shuttle bus is available), great breakfast, large comfy rooms (king bed double room). The bathroom was spotless clean. A robe, slippers, tooth brush, dryer, tea/coffee station - all there. A variety of pillows provided was handy.

We missed a flight and stayed in this hotel. It is located just near the airport. You can easily get a taxi with Bolt or similar apps and go to see the city. The cafe at the lobby works 24/7 and you can always have a meal. The stuff is very helpful.
